Cheap material, not as advertised

I would have preferred not to give any star at all. I got this letter from customs: "Due to you supplier not declaring the correct value, the penalty has been imposed, thus payable charges are the vat/duty and the penalty." Eventually the amount I need to pay, will double the value of what I bought from Buykud and I requested to return the parcel to them. I don't even know how to let Buykud know about this, and I surely paid for something I'll never be refunded for.
I placed an order on April 23rd of 2025. It’s now May 20! The tracking service stopped on May 9th and there is no way to find out where my order is or why this is taking ONE MONTH. The service is lousy and I am now wondering if I will have to fight to get a refund. No more business with China for me.

I ordered two tops which are completely different than what the photos on the website show. Material is extremely thin and the sleeves, which were supposed to be long, are three-quarter length. When I sent photos to show them why I was disappointed they dismissed me. I realized that the items must be made in China when I saw how cheap they looked. Very disappointed and will never order from them again.

I have bought many items from this site, all great but never needed to return anything, until now. I posted my return with the address in NSW that Buykud (reluctantly, it seemed) provided me with. I took a photo of the Australia Poat receipt with tracking number. I've had no response from the company since. Tracking info has located the parcel 'awaiting pick up' from a local post office. They don't respond. I will NEVER use this site again. Customer service doesn't exist.

The dress I brought was for my sons wedding, I left it late ordering as I hadn't seen anything I really liked until I found this website. The dress came in time for the wedding. The material was very good quality, and it was true to size. I got a of compliments about the dress. I will definitely be buying from yourselves again.
I was not sure how I would like my order (one outfit, top and pants) and one bag, since the reviews were so mixed. I received my order and I am very pleasantly surprised! Everything was as advertised: size correct, material nice, well produced, colors as on photos. Will order again!
Sizing way off the mark, so I opened a return. Dress cost me just under £50, tracked return £18, customs charge a further £18.50 but not due as the duty has already been paid. Buykud not responding to courier duty questions so parcel is heading back to me. A very costly experience. Never again, unless they can give a UK address for returns.

Just cannot get the help to return anything It states easy returns on their web site, Noooo! it’s really hard. 2 orders, a lot of money! The largest order still only had part of it, I need to return 3 items, The other order is complete, again I need to return 3 items. All down to sizing/shape, and a hand bag 💼 that smells awful. I have tried so many times, they ask questions you reply, then nothing! That’s it? You only have so long, I can see them saying it’s too late out of time, hard luck! Yes I have today received an address to return, along with very detailed instructions, so I am not editing my review because it is as it stands, we have no post office so have to find some way of doing it? One option that’s it! Sure loads of emails but no help? I have all the emails etc here for reference. / The number of emails PHOTOS PDF’s requests does not alter. It’s taken ages to get that address. Will it take ages to get my refund? I will not buy again in a hurry from BUYKUD sorry! They could put all those details in with the delivery, I still have half my order missing? Where is that?
