On top of it their return policy seemed to force the buyer to pay shipping fees to return the item, unlike any solid honest e-store these days.

Parcel was not delivered. Buykud said it was left on the street outside my house with no knock and no measures taken to protect it. I never saw the parcel. Buykud now refusing to refund.
I used to love their clothes but this is flushing £200+ down the drain.
Don’t risk it. Buy from somewhere else.
Update: eventually I was sent some replacement items, and did receive help from customer services. Amended rating to reflect (still very stressful to have a delivery left on the doorstep and no-one taking responsibility for it)
I have not received my order and I dislike the new tracking system. I refuse to download that app.

I am so happy with my purchase of fleece-lined harem pants! They are warm and I get many compliments whenever I wear them. Shipping took a while, but they were worth the wait and I ended up ordering several more pairs. I have purchased other items from this company. I have been really happy with the quality of clothing from Buykud.
Shipping was somewhat slow, but I am very pleased with the quality of the item. Also, the sizing of Chinese made clothes for the American market has always been an issue. I am a 3x and, typically, I usually have to order a 5x/6x just to have them fit, but I ordered a 3x from them and I could've actually ordered a 2x and been good. I'd rather have a larger size and take it in if I have to than have it be too small and just have to give it away because returns are always so difficult. I will, happily, order from them again.

I have been a customer of Buykud for a couple of years, but I had to return an item for a refund. Buykud kept in contact with me guiding me through the whole process. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Notification regarding my refund was a bit delayed, so I sent them a quick email. My inquiry was addressed immediately, and I received my refund. Love my multi colored oversized SWEATER that I wore today. Got several, actually, many compliments! I will be gentle while wearing it because it seems “ fragile” and I hesitate to wash it even on “hand-wash”. This is my 3rd item ordered and I do like the options you offer. I’m still wearing an outer Coat that I ordered 3 years ago! Have gotten numerous compliments, too Robin R.
I find Buykud to be a fine company. The clothing is beautiful, of good quality. The Customer Service is helpful and sensitive to each question. The staff listened.
Like another person on this thread, I had intended to purchase an item from this Company. What a waste of their marketing to then have potential customers hopping over to trust pilot for so many poor reviews like these.... Worse still, Buykud's disinterested, formulaic responses. Off to find another company to buy from.... with good reviews.

I’ve bought a few items from this company & found the items to be quite satisfactory. One time a dress arrived ripped at the seam & I was sent a replacement. Good outcome but it took a lot of emailing back & forth. My latest purchase is a disaster & I want to send it back for a refund. Their Customer Service is terrible, virtually non-existent. Apparently I have to wait for an email code before I get instructions. I can imagine postage will be very costly & don’t expect to get a refund anytime soon. This is very offputting to me as the dress wasn’t cheap. Even though I like a lot of their designs I won’t buy from them again. Once bitten & all that!

Absolutely horrendous. The sizing is wrong, so I had to spend £15 returning a pair of shoes that were falsely marketed as a size 39. They arrived, according to the tracking, but Buykud didn't acknowledge their arrival. They agreed to send the replacements though. 6 days later, after I'd had to message again, they packed the parcel, but I still haven't had any shipping or tracking information 10 days later.
