Amazing

I order 3 ariah dresses in sizes 14, 16 & 20, all 3 fitted perfectly, the dress quality was amazing, very flattering dresses, I am over the moon with them for my bridesmaids, all 3 said they are comfortable and easy wear. Highly recommend

Could not have been happier!

Bought a bridesmaids dress from Cicinia and could not have been happier! I definitely recommend reading the size chart as your normal dress size might not match. The size I usually wear was about two sizes off from what their chart indicated I needed. I went with what the chart said and it was a perfect fit (besides needing hemmed). I did not get the custom sizing, but another bridesmaid did and it fit her perfectly and did not need additional adjustments. The color was near perfect to the picture online (chocolate brown) and the fabric was great quality. Word of caution, though, as it will be full of static when you pull the dress out of the bag! Recommend getting some static spray, which helped out big time for me. The customer service was amazing and I was impressed that the representative contacted me to be sure everything was ordered correctly. Will definitely use Cicinia again for the next time I need a formal dress!

The workers were very communicative. They communicate multiple times with me to confirm measurements. I am satisfied with the service. Also, dresses arrived on time and are made of good quality. I will recommend Cicinia.

Beautiful dress, communicative team.

Ordered the Jayla off the shoulder dress. Cicina was very communicative and considerate of all my measurement needs. The dress came out beautifully & arrived quickly with expedited shipping. I needed to make slight alterations to the dress that arrived but I expected that anyways- I had sized up my measurement a bit with the dress to make sure I can get it re-altered so it would fit like a glove. I will be ordering again for my next event.

Great Quality

I am so happy with my dress! I used the custom size and it fits perfectly. The company contacted me to check my size and also to get the customer numbers of the other bridesmaids to ensure all dresses were made in the same factory. The dress arrived in good time and it looks just like the pictures. Absolute bargain for the price!

Great shipping

Great shipping, but dress gapped in the shoulders. Material was good quality, dress was comfortable.

Not what I expected...

Not what I expected... I ordered two of these for members of my wedding party, it did not look or feel like the product photos. Since we did custom size orders, we were able to cancel one but were stuck losing money on the other. Just lower quality than I wanted and had hoped for :(

Didn't even get a dress but they didn't want to refund full amount

Bride wanted bridesmaid dresses ordered from here. Sent in measurements to be told they couldn't make the dress from the measurements given. I asked for a refund since they were unable to make the dress. They offered me less then I had paid and charged a fee. No, you did nothing for me but send emails, I had to keep insisting I wanted full payment returned. I finally got all my refund but it took awhile. Day of wedding the other bridesmaids dresses were ripping at the back seam. I'm glad I was able to order a dress from Amazon that fit great.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! Do yourself a favor and choose another Dress company. They want YOU to make the damn dress, asking you for all types of measurements but they don't state that on the website. They want you have to self measure. In addition to me giving them the dress measurements they got them wrong!!! So I had to send the dress to another tailor to fix their mistakes it would not zip up, and the sleeves were choking my arms. The only thing that was measured properly was the hem of the dress, I asked for the reimbursement of the Tailors charge. I spent $75 for corrections and $ 97 for the dress for a total of $172 and all they refunded me was $40. In addition, they had a nerve to keep asking do you have other dresses to be done?? You can't even make one dress properly what you gonna do with more?? A NIGHTMARE in the DAYTIME!!! Never again 😒 save yourself the Money and Hassel!! Don't let the pictures fool you they're located in CHINA which mean incorrect measurements. AMBER, get it TOGETHER!! And btw I did not like the way the dress looked at the wedding, first time for a dress. I can't attach a picture for you to see cause I threw the dress in the garbage where it belongs!

You guys could not even make the dress…

You guys could not even make the dress in the size I needed. Then you tried to tell me I was not gonna get all my money back after not being able to be a bridesmaid anymore. I will never buy from you again. Then on the wedding day the other bridesmaids dresses started ripping even if though they were all custom made. I felt so embarrassed for them because no one wants to walk up the aisle with the seams splitting on their dress. Luckily they are all to nice to complain to you guys about their dresses ripping.

I appreciate how quickly my dress arrived even though it was ordered last minute, it arrived in time for my daughters wedding. I got so many compliments too. The dress is well made with quality materials. Excellent communication and customer service. I will definitely use Cicinia for my future dress needs. I highly recommend them! Thank you Cicinia team!

The dress came on time and fit perfectly! I was impressed how accurate it was:) It was easy, affordable and reliable to use Cicinia.

Good and not so…

I liked the responsiveness of the group , but was very frustrated by the complicated return process. There is no need to go through multiple steps to get something returned, and in the end, to only get 50% of your money back. You should not have to take pictures of the item being worn to demonstrate the fact that something doesn’t fit or was just wrong. It makes one reluctant to use your site again. A simpler return process would invite more sales in the future.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, the sleeve length is too long. The bodice is too loose and the straps over the shoulder are too long. The pants are too wide. In order to wear this outfit I would have had to have extensive alterations so I was unable to wear this ensemble for my birthday event. I am sorry that it didn't work out and I am requesting a refund. Please send instructions as to what needs to be done to achieve this refund. Sharon Vaughn. I really appreciate your efforts to make this outfit for me, your craftnmanship was really well done.
