We are truly sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you've experienced with order cancellations, as we recognize how frustrating that can be, but we do sometimes see degradation in cold storage and roses we expected to ship no longer meet our quality requirements. We are truly sorry to hear about the condition of the roses you received. Clearly, that is not the result we are trying to deliver and our customer service team will be reaching out directly to remedy. Often during transit, we see our plants develop yellow leaves due to humidity. In almost all cases, this quickly resolves upon planting and following the care instructions, and the recover immediately and begin to thrive. Of course, if they do not, we will gladly replace or refund as part of our 5 year guarantee as your satisfaction is our goal!
