Horrible customer service. Cheap product, must be build to completely fail right after the 1 year warranty period. Throughout the 1 year the light broke, the back fairing broke, and the Bluetooth app stopped working. You would be better off going with ANY brand except for this.
New battery is what I needed, Came quickly and functional

I love the Evercross bike I bought. My experience with this product was beyond my expectations. Plus, when I needed to ask a question they responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this bike.
I have an Evercross EV08E. It had stopped working so I purchased a new control board and installed it. Everything worked fine for about 10 minutes and then stopped and would not work again. I emailed the company twice and still have not received a response. At this point, I am not very happy with the company. The scooter itself is very well made as far as craftsmanship and style.
I only put a one because you can’t go any lower, my daughter who can’t drive a vehicle right now bought a used Evercross scooter. And yes I know, you get what you get when you buy used. But in the beginning it was very good, she had a miss hap with it & now it has a code E 07 on it. I’ve tried emailing the company 5 times and all I keep getting back is a computer generated message asking about a purchase order or store receipt. I keep telling them she bought it second hand, but they won’t respond back with anything other than the computer responds. They even took down the customer service number they had up there, so if you buy one you better get the name, number & store info from somebody.
The part was easy to find and easily purchased.
Customer representative guided me to the product I needed,payment processing was slow,card declined at 1st due to overseas website or whatever. Waiting for product to arrive in a few weeks. I would've like a option to faster delivery,just standard was available.
I bought a Evercross electric scooter for my grandchild it is kept in my house ,been used less than ten times being it it used only when they visit ,charged the scotter up the green like came on about a hour later,put it in the car ,when took scotter out of car was unable to get it to go but there was a fault came up (E6 ) I am really disappointed with the after sales service, it is like new

I would like to purchase the Display for the A1 Evercross scooter.
The aftersales service is absolutely disgusting and non existent. We bought a hoverboard for my 6 year old. It stopped working within the warrantee period. The seller left Amazon where we bought it. Contacted customer service via email. They asked questions and to send videos etc... of the issue. Once this was sent we never hear a thing again. I then contacted them on Inatagram and they replied asking for the job number. I gave the job number and then again no further communication, NO RESOLUTION, NO FIX, just a upset child. I'm not sure what else to do, it's horrible that customers just need to accept this kind of behaviour and nothing that can be done.
Absolutely no help from customer service 2 Dead scooters right out of the box Will not turn on after first charge. Not sure how much clearer I can be but they have not offered any trouble shooting or even a person to talk to. Customer Service Is Disgusting
All good, item received, just communication could be better
do NOT buy from this company. the brakes failed after 3 months of use and after an ADDITIONAL 3 months of back and forth with them via email, and threat of a lawsuit, they CLAIM they are sending complete sets of replacement brakes and discs that i will have to pay a bike shop for the repairs. Per the tracking number they emailed me 7 days ago, its still not beem shipped. i should have read the seller RATING (3.9) before buying this bike. the actual bike rating was a 5. My rating and review of their bike will hopefully be heeded by future potential buyers. DO NOT BUY FROM EVERCROSS. BUY AMERICAN!!! It's now been over 5 months of a broken bicycle and over 20 days awaiting the replacement parts. Just receiving promises from evercross. Their emal.litterally said, I PROMISE......
