Tested out this company with a purchasing a cheap phone case first. The processing speed was good, and it arrived in 4 weeks. I expected things to be slow, so that's fine. After all it has to come from China. The product itself looked as described, but the quality is much worse than I expected while using it. The casing became lose after using it for a 2 weeks.
Do not shop from this retailer, it is a Chinese company and their items are very low quality! their customer service is a hypocrite! they only lie! note: Don't trust positive reviews about this company! I was reading them most of them are very poor in english and probably they have paid one of these companies that fake likes and reviews to generate them!

Please avoid this chinese company. I bought an IPPO tablet from them, but got a tablet with lower specifications instead. Their website said the tablet is dual core 1.5Ghz. I got dual core 1032 Mhz. Its rear camera was supposed to be 1.3 mega pixel. I got rear camera 0.3 mega pixels. The tablet's Screen Resolution should have been 1024 x 600. I got 800 x 430. I could have bought a cheaper tablet in the UK with those specs. Also, the tablet's AC adapter stopped working within a month. There is no warranty on goods from China. I posted a bad review on their website which was of course rejected. They only post good reviews on their website. They also stall you with messages asking you to send photos. Then messages asking you to send videos. They refused a refund even after I send them photos and videos of the product. They stall until the paypal dispute time passes. Please avoid!
Great shopping. I very like an option to buy more things for lower money. I bought things plenty of times and I had just one problem with ones USB sticks. They were not coming and after some time they sent me an email that thay don't have the color I wanted.

“Horrible company. Deals to good to be true. I placed an order and then messaged 3x to cancel before it was packed to ship out. Per company policy I should've received a refund but 2 of the replies were dodging the request by requesting further info to better assist me and one message said the products ad been shipped and gave me an invalid tracking number. I've now messaged 5x and I'm still waiting for a response to my dispute on requesting order cancellation/refund in sufficient time. No toll free customer service number, live chat doesn't work and legal email instructs customers not to send emails about their orders, which screams volumes! STAY AWAY FROM FOCALPRICE! FPTZA6J360R5

Very good service, always got my products This is the third year I'm buying at Focalprice, it was always positive. It happened that I received a bad on non working product, all I had to do is send one email to the customer service and few hours later I received a very nice apology and a refund. They're courteous and quite active on the internet and customer support. Their communication skill is great. Their product description is excellent. I already referred many friends to them, they are all satisfied and happy

Ordered 25 of a product and received 23. I can't be bothered to chase this company for the 2 products they owe me. I'll just never use them again and that will be that. Having read the other reviews about this site i can tell that my incident isn't an isolated one & they don't seem to be doing anything to address the issues that are being raised. Be cautious when using focalprice if you decide to use them.
They just ship whatever they like, not what you actually order. Find another site insteed, it's not worth the trouble.
They are a scam and will not refund you for products not received.
I purchased a charger for my macbook that took over a month to get and did not work when I got it. It took over a week for the company to respond to my complaint and are refusing to refund it or send me a new one until I bring it into a shop that can estimate the cost of fixing it, tell them how much it will cost and then either send me a new one or bring it back to the shop. They will also not refund me but give me credit to use on their site for the cost of having it fixed. Overall the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Customer service is now a joke! I strongly believe that they don't even no even the basic english. They just use Google Translate and that's about it. I have already deactivated my account and I am erasing this company from my purchasing options.
I found this site when my MacBook charger bit the dust and I was excited at how cheap I could get a replacement, so without second thought I purchased it for $17 and I paid $9 for 3-5 day shipping because I needed it asap. The next day I got an email confirming it had been shipped out. In the email it also said that there would be a 20-45 day shipping delay. I decided to send them an email asking to explain this. They said they would respond in 6 hours or less. Well 3 days and 3 different emails later I still had not received a response. At that point I decided to research this site a little bit more and the things I read were completely terrible and concerning. After reading those reviews I decided to send them a final email (which I have still not heard back from them) and told them I wanted a full refund and I'd gladly send back the item because I no longer wanted it (some of the reviews said their products were cheap and broke on the first day). If I had known all of this before, I would have just gone out and paid the $80 that the Apple store sells a MacBook charger for, because honestly, all of this has been more of a burden already and I still can't charge my laptop. It's been 4 days and I haven't received anything from them at all. Terrible customer service. Do not waste your time or money here.
