OPPO Watch 4 PRO: be warned, may not work in the UK

I brought a smart watch (OPPO Watch 4 Pro) from Giztop which was delivered on the 27 Decemeber. The product info mentioned that languages available are English/Chinese only. Unknown to me the watch cannot be setup (to work/function) until you create an Oppo Heytap account in which you must setup the region/country to where watch came from (China) and you need access to a chinese mobile phone number to recieve a setup code for the watch to function. As I am in the UK, I cannot obtain a chinese mobile phone number. I guess you can argue that I should have checked first reference setting up prior to buying, but I can argue where sell an item which can only be setup for China only. So I now have what looks like an inoperative smart watch which is an expensive (£391.73 ) paperweight, unless Giztop allows it to be returned (opened) as they retun policy appear to be 14 days unopened.

Ordered a OnePlus 13 24Gb version from Giztop, came 3 days early. Arrived sealed in box and was great to set up and is an amazing phone. Strongly recommend Giztop and will order my tech from this website in future.

Strange conversion rate

The company uses an extraordinary conversion rate where USD 416.29$ is equal to EUR 414.13€ it was one month ago when the dollar was even cheaper than now. The item was delivered very quickly, with No any issues.

Buyer Beware!!!!!!

Buyer Beware!!!!!! This is a horrible company with no ethics. I’ve had nothing but trouble with them since ordering through them. They held my order for 4 days and then processed it. They could give no timeline on my delivery at any time. The customer service is the WORST and completely useless. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering. I can’t believe they are affiliated with PayPal. Stay away, buy anywhere else. NEVER USE GIZTOP unless you want only lies and deceit.

I received my product faster than expected. It was packaged well and received without issues.

Get the latest gadgets for cheaper prices than in the west. Make sure you understand the limitations warranty wise though

Bought a new OnePlus 13 from Giztop. The package arrived in 7-8 days in excellent condition. No custom fees in my case but YMMV. Good prices too. Definitely cheaper than where I live. I'm aware that warranty terms don't necessarily apply where I live so can't fault Giztop for that. All in all, recommended. As long as you're okay with minimal warranty coverage

Great communication from Giztop and prompt delivery....well, it would have been prompt, but FedEx are useless (didn't knock and then told me to drive to the depot, where the parcel was not!) Very well packaged, and phone was amazing value.

Deceptive Return Policy

I have a similar problem. They keep promising a refund and now it is two weeks since they have acknowledged they received it. Too many excuses and asking me to be patient. They tell you to ship it to one place and then they say they have to reship somewhere else and they use the excuse that it hasn’t been received by who they have shipped it to. If you are willing to take the risk of not getting your money back if anything goes wrong, then so be it. I would just describe the business as using deceptive advertising in their return policy.

I used this website to buy a new model of Chinese mobile phone. They were very helpful and provided support from the beginning to the end, starting from the prompt reply to my questions in the chat to an excellent shipping service. I highly recommend this site, which has also quite competitive prices.

BEWARE

After long consideration, I decided to order Xiaomi 14 at Giztop. Unfortunately, I didn't verify Giztop on Trustpilot and that was my mistake. My phone worked for 6 weeks before it got bricked in my pocket. It was not possible to charge or communicate between the phone and the PC via cable. I sent the phone back to China at my expense of 101 euros and waited for the return for one month. I lost all my files saved on my phone because the repair consisted of flashing rom again. The repaired phone worked for 2 hours and then bricked again. Since then I have had no contact with Giztop. The warranty at Giztop only exists in theory. I also contacted Xiaomi global support by email but did not receive satisfactory assistance! After mediating with PayPal, Giztop offered a refund after sending the phone back to China at my expense again. I was also given custom to pay every time I got the phone. I don't recommend Giztop unless you want to waste your money. Not for Gitop and not for Xiaomi!
