Do not hope for support

Complete lack of service after purchase / the warranty service. Not responding on emails at all. Live chat on their page works, but they only talk some lies that issue is recorded and someone will get in touch soon, But they never get in touch. I tried to contact them around 10 times in last 2 months. My warranty will expire soon, and they will just do nothing on service. So, if you wanna a phone without any warranty, buy it there!

They don't care about literally stealing your money

Wow. I see others had the same experience. I bought an expensive watch, and it was advertised as being in English but it wasn't. They agreed for me to send it back, at a ridiculously high cost, which I did. I got the delivery receipt.... But then I get told it has to be shipped from Hong Kong to China by their HK warehouse and I should wait "a few more days". This has been going on for approaching two months. Someone in Hong Kong is wearing a watch that I own. Now they are ignoring my emails. Do not buy from these guys. There are plenty of others that have done a great job, GIZTOP cannot be trusted. They basically stole my money. I will let you know if they ever do the right thing and give me the refund. September update - now they are just refusing to respond to anything. Dishonest and untrustworthy.

Scam Company, Sells Products They Don't Have

I was excited that the Oppo Pen was in stock on Giztop in November 2023 so I purchased one. Unfortunately, after taking my money, they did not ship the item, citing that it was "Out of Stock." I patiently waited... and waited... and waited... and not only did they never get any new items in stock to ship to customers who made a purchase, but they did not update me or offer any refund along the way. Simply kept my money. Cut to August 2024, I've finally found an Oppo Pen elsewhere and came to cancel this order... only to be informed that I could get a refund less 4.2% of the purchase cost. Sorry but doesn't the fact that you are unable to deliver on a product that you sold negate the need to withhold 4.2% of my purchase? It's not like I "changed my mind" -- you did not deliver for nine months. Still waiting for my refund.

Do not buy from here because they will not refund you the money back if you send it back with a warranty issue they would not refund you the whole amount of money what you are paid for your item they will take 4.2% off the reduction from the refund they are total scam company be aware with this company because they will scam you out of money do not buy phones come meet you I've been warned if you do buy from this company and you other warranty issue and the inspect you get your money back they will not give you the total refund of the item what you paid they will take 4.2% off the item
