I contacted them because the product that I bought from them did not work properly. So I bought a tablet from them and I set up facial recognition and pattern password. It was great but then suddenly the security changed to facial recognition and an actual password that I did not set up. It then asked me a password that I did not set up and obviously don't know the password. It completely locked me out. I contacted them about the issue and never received a response.
Phone i received is defective only way to return it is to send it to china what is pointless with shipping fees seller dont pay for return shipping. Highly deceptive practice stay away feom giztop

I paid for a top spec phone in titanium, they sent me the wrong phone, lower spec, and then said if I wanted my money back, I had to either ship it to another customer, or send it back to them at my own expense!
What sort of a scam is this? They should have arranged for courier to pick this up and refunded me, yet they're trying to make me WORK for them.
Such a shame that this is the quality of their service. Sadly this is also not the first time they've sent me the wrong phone.
I trusted them, they've lost my trust. I'll update this review when they do the right thing.
Sent me wrong phone and tried to make me pay to return it
Paid for a premium edition phone. They sent me the wrong device which was also a lower value.
Then said they would give me 30 dollars as compensation. What a joke.
They then said if I wanted my money back I would have to send the phone back to China at MY cost.
This is the 3rd time (out of maybe 8 times) they’ve sent the wrong device or been extremely late.
They will do their absolute best to try and break you and make you give up.
It seemed like a serious company, but I think I was wrong!!!
I made the payment, but I did not receive my cell phone.
And no one is responsible.

After ordering an Xiaomi 12 Pro I waited 4 days to receive an email saying they no longer stock this model but could give me a Redmi 12 pro instead, Unbeleavable trying to send me a cheaper far inferior phone, Anyway I demanded a refund which I got it.
Then Paypal decided to refund me £25 less than I paid because of "Currency changes" Well I was furious and a 30 min call to Paypal with a threat of reporting them to Trading standards only then did they agree to refund the Full amount.
I later ordered from Tradingshenzhen using my Wise credit Card who only charge £1.60 for the £ to $ conversion.
Moral of the story dont trust Giztop and dont use Paypal for paying in a different currency.
This site is deadass one site that i didn't expect to be that good , im not a bot so for people looking for real humans trying to understand if the site is legit or nah here i am , i bought a Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro 8/256 and nothing went wrong the chinese global rom works amazing its just one feature that i dont like , its that it sets your keyboard to some random Chinese keyboard rather than Gboard or something like that , except this everything its great shipping was good and fast and also everything came in with the tablet as i ordered a case and screen protector so the site pretty good.
The seller did a good job in changing my order on time and giving me a refund for a product that wasn’t available, but the package arrived crushed and not fully sealed.

I ordered a tablet and received it extremely fast and with excellent communication with Giztop.
The only thing was a forgotten case.
However, Giztop was honest and sent it later.
Except for this slight misunderstanding, I would highly recommend Giztop services.
I got scammed, I didnt receive a phone, there was a firewood in the box, dont order, they act innocent like they sent the phone and they dont even want to help with dhl shipping investigation.
A shop joke! I ordered a xiaomi 13 ultra mobile phone, and after two days, because something unforeseen happened, I requested the cancellation of the order, being aware that I will pay a commission. Although on their website it is mentioned that it is 4.2% of the transaction value, due to the currency exchange rate policies practiced by paypal in reality the commission was 9% (I set the payment in euros, but the transaction was carried out in US dollars)! The so-called non-payment of customs duties in the EU is actually a scam, in their documents, but also in those that the buyer is obliged to draw up, a product with a very low value is always passed, so the risks of something unpleasant happening are very high! By comparison Tradingshenzhen delivers products to your home without any interaction with customs declarations at a price almost 20 euros lower!
i love the tempered glass but i wish it was not making some noises when i am typing and ghost touches or hard to type properly because when i type it is missing the letters im typing in... maybe better if the tempered glass was flat to the screen itself.
Extremely fast delivery to Spain in just 3 workable days. Regrettably item was stopped at customs and Giztop just assumed 1/3 of the charges due to the adjusted prize.
After making the purchase Giztop contacted me telling me that my ZIP code (wich was informed in the sale) was a remote area, that DHL was charging extra for the delivery and that I had to pay extra for the items to be sent.
I told them that they were changing the terms of the deal post-sale, so I wanted to cancel the order and get a full refund.
Giztop stepped up and assumed the extra cost of the delivery, a bit of a hassel and a small delay in the delivery but a happy ending nonetheless.
