The company used illegal practices to ship a defective device to me. When I reported it within the required 7-day period, they said they'd give me a full refund and pay for the return shipping. They tried to get me to lie at customs to say it was a much lower-value item so they didn't have to pay as much on shipping. I refused and sent it a legitimate way. Not only did they not give me a full refund, but they also didn't refund any of the shipping cost for their defective device. They stopped responding to my emails almost 2 months ago.

I appreciated the relatively quick shipping. It costs a lot, but quick just the same. The website is pretty-well designed. I wish more people would rate the quality of the products. One of the cases I received was pretty poor in quality and broke after 2 days of use.
They don't keep their promises. Bought a new smartphone here and asked on the chat if there were any additional charges. There they had told me, if you use this shipping method there will be nothing extra. Bought and 1 day after shipping I get a message that there were additional charges. Contacted them and showed a screenshot where it says there is no extra charge, to which they replied that this was not up to date. I then suggested them to pay half and send another small gift. This was my first experience purchasing anything thru Giztop. Overall this experience went well but started rough. It took three weeks from placing the order to the day I received the order. To me: that's entirely too long. Everything came in the box as advertised. Device works great.

I bought a £400 Xiaomi Mobile phone from them in the begining of December 2022 and it arrived in good time. Sadly, the phone was not sealed and already set up, so it was previously used. To make matters worse, it was listed as a "under screen fingerprint sensor" but the phone that arrived had no such thing! It also had terrible reception making it practically unusable! Clearly why it was a used/returned item! I contacted Giztop and was told to return the item to them, but to only declare its value between $20 and $199!! I have email proof of this! I immediately refused and opened a case with PayPal. Giztop accepted the return and said they would reimburse the return postage fees. I returned the item on 31/01/2023 and declared it's full value. The item arrived in China on 10/02/2023, but Giztop didn't accept the item until 03/02/2023 and then claimed I didn't returned it!!! Luckily I documented everything and provided PayPal with all the needed proof! I got my full refund today, but sadly I won't ever see the £40 it cost me to return the item to them! Be warned, they will try to get out of their responsibility as a seller every step of the way!
Good prices. But located in China. Good reason to send an e-mail how they handle DOA, asked for their exact location in Shenzen etc. No respond to my mail. Asked same questions to the chat operators. They can not answer this and suggest me to write an e-mail to support. Nice loop. This is how bad companies work. Red flag. No order from me!
I have bought two phones with Giztop The only thing that makes them look good is if you are lucky and don't need customer support when paid. If your country has strict customs, be aware that you will have to pay import duty, they claim to pay fees up to $160.. a beggar's believe... The payout for the fees will only be accepted if you are capable of sending documents that give the same "totally real" low value as the waybill they include. They will even send the world's worst impression of a paypal transaction . They will add that you can just send this, it allways works.... Etc...what BS I don't need to say what happens if anyone would send that joke they fabricate Compared to the CN Store price, they are 30% more expensive... Just find a verified seller on Alibaba
I ordered a Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus global/English edition and paid extra for the 256 GB version (for $350 total), and for my hard-earned money, I got some weird unbranded Chinese phone that's not even Xiaomi at all. In short, they sent me (for $350!) a Chinese knockoff phone with no cellular capability that's worth maybe $40! They also don't honor your "90-day" warranty, as there's no way to get a refund on their website. Yes, they have a blog and a legit-looking site but it's very easy for scammers to make those to draw more victims in. Unless you want to waste $300 or more, ruin your own son's Christmas, and give your credit card information to random people, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! Would give 0 stars if I could.
It was good until it wasn't or untill I had my first warranty return shipping cost me $200 to Hong Kong but wait it gets worse they recieved my warranty return based on tracking info and now are just bouncing me from department to department nobody knows where my phone is they won't even reply anymore. I'm talking to you Jessica in the giztop support team.. people do yourself a favor go to wondsmobile.com faster shipping better prices and they won't steal your warranty return... If they return my phone I will adjust my review
