The services themselves are all good, but the after-sales services are causing me a lot of frustration. They need to be improved.

Horrible shop dont buy anything there! TRICKSTERS! 1. They Lure a customer to buy a good (not existing) phone and take the money 2. Then they try to sell any other phones and junk that they do have while holding the money. 3. push push push and finish with threatening to keep a part of the money when canceling They sold me a phone that they do not have in store. They took the money and after getting my 600 dollars the plan started: They started offering me other phones (that i dont want and dont need) instead. They really push this forward and act like i have to choose betweed their options and pay extra for upgraded phones that i dont want and need. After telling them many times i dont want their options and pay extra and just want what i ordered and that i think they created a problem and i should not be the one to solve it they tell me the following: Canceling the order will cost you 5% of the payment! Dont buy anything its a smart scam!

One of the worst shopping experience with Giztop and I strongly recommend to others, Please don't buy any items with this giztop store. Not even send me the shipping details and I have to do too many follow-ups with this guys.

j'ai retourné mon colis a l'adresse que le service clientele m'on donné, j'ai expédié mon coli avec le transorteur désigné par Giztop, et le transporteur on confirmé la réception du colis par Giztop, mais Giztop niais ces informations, et j'ai pu gagner ma cause avec Paypal en fournissant toutes les preuves, je ne ferai plus jamais confiance a Giztop. il y a eu tentative d'arnaque envers moi......................in ENGLISH: I returned my package to the address that customer service gave me, I shipped my package with the carrier designated by Giztop, and the carrier confirmed receipt of the package by Giztop, but Giztop denied this information, and I was able to win my case with Paypal by providing all the evidence, I will never trust Giztop again. there was an attempt to scam me

Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht von diesem…

I am more than disappointed with this company, I had ordered something, but after about 1 hour I asked for cancellation, after 1 day there was no response from the company, so I wrote to the company again and there was no response either. So I only saw one chance and opened a case with PayPal and then they responded. But the statement from support wasn't nice: If I cancel my order, I will incur 4.4% transaction costs (approx. 70 euros), of course I didn't agree with that and then I was told that as long as the case was open with PayPal, you couldn't refund me the money . So I now have a case open for around 1600 euros and I probably won't get my money refunded in the normal way because I'm being put off every day as to why my money hasn't been returned yet. Conclusion: If you are really sure that you want a product, you are in good hands, but if there are problems or, as in my case, you want a cancellation, Giztop disappears and doesn't get back to you...hands off Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht von diesem Unternehmen, ich hatte mir etwas bestellt, aber nach ca. 1 Stunde, hatte ich um Stornierung gebeten, nach 1 Tag keine Reaktion von dem Unternehmen, also habe ich das Unternehmen nochmal angeschrieben und auch da keine Reaktion. Somit habe ich nur noch eine Chance gesehen und einen Fall bei paypal, geöffnet und dann reagierte man auch. Aber die Aussage vom Support war nicht schön: Wenn ich meine Bestellung storniere, fallen 4,4 % Transaktionskosten für mich an (ca. 70 Euro), damit war ich natürlich nicht einverstanden und dann sagte man mir auch noch solange der Fall bei paypal offen ist, könnten Sie mir das Geld nicht erstatten. Somit habe ich nun einen Fall offen von ca. 1600 Euro und ich bekomme auf normalen weg mein Geld wohl nicht erstattet, da ich jeden Tag vertröstet werde, warum mein Geld noch nicht zurück ist. Fazit: Wer sich wirklich sicher ist, das er ein Produkt will, ist da schon gut aufgehoben, aber sollte es zu Problemen oder wie in meinem Fall eine Stornierung gewünscht, taucht Giztop ab und meldet sich nicht mehr..Finger weg

STAY AWAY!! If you get the "right" phone, everything is fine, but if you have any problems, zero assistance, refunds at your expense (we're talking about more than 100 euros to make a return) and partial refund. In my case, out of the 526.26 dollars paid for the Oneplus Ace 3 (which also had to have the Italian language, requested and confirmed by customer service 3 times), they kept more than 50 dollars without giving me any explanation. STATE ALLA LARGA!! Se vi arriva il cellulare "giusto" tutto bene, ma se avete qualche problema, assistenza zero, restituzioni a vostre spese (si parla di più di 100 euro per fare un reso) e rimborso parziale. Nel mio caso, su 526,26 dollari pagati per Oneplus Ace 3 (che doveva avere anche la lingua italiana, chiesto e confermato dal servizio clienti 3 volte), si sono tenuti più di 50 dollari senza darmi nessuna spiegazione.

parcel delayed because of I don't know which f/ckin' chinese holiday ...but it arrived in perfect conditions, with Google already installed.

Offers competitive prices in Chinese brands

Offers competitive prices, in some things you can't find cheaper, however you should compare prices at other places too. The transport fees are expensive and will always bee added to your buy. Legit site, bought more than once from them, they only accept PayPal and usually take a week to dispatch the order. Overall, it's a good place to buy technology made in China only. Arrived well packaged and in great condition.

I ordered a $699 phone from their website with delivery to Poland. But I ended up having to pay another $188 in taxes, which made the purchase meaningless for me, as the global version of the phone costs about the same in my country highly not recommended update on 27.02.2024 - Giztop refunded to me 70 USD but in the reply below they promised the full amount

False Advertising

False Advertising , Product I ordered is not the Global Version , now I need to wait 16 Days before they give me a return address then must wait another 15 to 20 days for shipping back and I get the feeling the credit card return will take another 15 days. No customer service. I think I have to contest the business with my Credit card company, Avoid this Company

AVOID! Terrible customer service!

Wouldn't use these people again, Bought a phone and just asked a simple question about the deviceand why it wasn't performing as I expected it to, only to get back a rude, unprofessional email reply saying it's all my fault etc. Their customer support is terrible! On top of this, apparently they've put me on a "Risk customer alert" on my account as I put a past review mentioning this. They emailed me and basically pressured me into giving them a great review. Well after learning I'm on their risk customer alert, all bets are off and I've edited my once good review of them. Avoid, use the other importers!

"False" advertising

Failed to disclose 100W on the charger is proprietary and only works with Xiaomi phones.

Custom fees not included even thou they tell you they are on their website.

They are lying about the fact that they support the custom fees, they specifically deliver without custom fees so you pay them. They do this on purpose so they don't pay and you have to pay. Be very warned about these people. This is from their website for EU customers: In most cases, we pay customs duties and VAT fees for buyers through the EU's IOSS system, buyers needn't pay customs duties and VAT fees. What they say above its a blatant LIE! They only send with the code - buyer pays the VAT (this is the code you have attached to your tracking number when the package gets to your country you will see it and have to pay) P.S. They even promise me a partial refund for the custom tax but they never send it... Stay away from them, do not believe their lies and the fake reviews on Youtube that promote them, they get paid just to promote them.

Worst company ever no responsibility

I ordered a xiaomi 14 16gb ram 512gb with giztop after hearing YouTubers recommend them but this has been the worst experience ever. I received a faulty defective phone. I emailed them about it that the phone randomly shuts it self off while not using it. They didn't reply to me for 3 days i had video evidence and emailed them. Afterwards i open a dispute with paypal guess who suddenly answered their email giztop saying i can send the device back and they will repair it. I answered back "on your website it said that i will get a replacement or my money fully back why do you want to repair my device ? If you open the device up it will not be waterproof more and i demand a replacement device" after that they agreed but i needed to cancel dispute on paypal. So i asked on your website it says that i will receive my return shipping cost back they just ignore the question and sended me the adress ok afterwards i sended back since it useless and defective i sended the device back with shipping cost 67 euros with dhl express i got the receipt of the shipping. After less than a week it arrives in hongkong they said they need to ship it back to china for testing that took almost 2 weeks. After that they confirmed that they received my device but there is a password on the device. I said thats not possible i Factor reset the device after close inspecting the image they send it was a sim lock sim password pin not a device they wouldn't believe until i showed that on my current device that it the same logo that the logo of a sim pin password. So after 2 days they said a worker mixed up my phone with an other customer. Wow After this it has been a full month that i sended the device so i asked about my refund and return shipping cost when it will be refunded they said this. " Hello, sorry we cannot refund the return shipping cost" i said " why on your website it states that if customers received a faulty device and sended it within 7 days they are eligible for full refund and return shipping cost" they said they never refunded shipping cost before i said why are you stating on your website you would ? They said hello sorry we can compensate you 30 euros since it now has been over 1 month i said refund me now and i will accept it. They agreed. After 1 week received my refund partially it was 707 euros i payed 809 euros for the device exclusive return shipping cost so basically i lost 167 euros because of giztop. I asked and email them about this they ignore me no compensate 30 euros and even only a partial refund noty full purchase price. The only answer i got the company already refunded you and we deducted paypal fees and shipping fees. So wrote back but on your website it says i will get full purchase price back no reply no responsibility at giztop dont buy they are just scammers not trust worthy. The good reviews are because customers didn't receive defective broken stuff but when you do they wont take responsibility and you will need to pay out of your own pocket NO Responsibility AT GIZTOP!
