Giztop is great for my Oppo and Xiaomi needs

Giztop is great for my Oppo and Xiaomi phone needs - delivery is great ordering is great - only thing I dislike is that they recently changed the website to only show USD prices - I am in Canada - not a big deal but they always had the CAD prices and just took it away. ah well, guess can't always have it all.

Good support and fast shipping but...

Friendly support and very helpful with any questions I had and they were very helpful and quick with emailing some documentation I required for Customs. The shipping was Fast and I received my package within 10 days of ordering. The Only issue I had was that not everything I ordered was included in the parcel. Upon further questioning it seems that some stock was not available of a particular item (in this instance a Cellphone Case) and as a result the rest of my order was shipped, with the cellphone case shipped later when stock was available. While this was fine with me, It would have been nice to get an heads up and not only see that some items were missing when I received the initial parcel. That way I could have asked for a different item that was perhaps in stock, or cancel the missing item. Instead I panicked and feared the worst due to the item being missing in the initial parcel, without any notification. At least I did get the missing item, even if it was a week later than the initial parcel.

Excellent service and fast delivery. Just a slight mistake with the capacity of one of the phones but they refound the money next day.

Beware ! Avoid @ costs.

Sent me a Lenovo Legion Duel 2 phone with a hardware fault. The front facing camera does not work. You have to return the phone to China to get it fixed and it will be out your own pocket. It is better buying from a different place which has locations in the UK. I feel like this fault was done on purpose because it was sent in an open box and it had finger prints all over the phone already. I will not buy from this retailer again. I do not recommend this place at all. Please be aware and buy from elsewhere. This has also broke the trust between myself and Lenovo products as I have had a history of purchasing Lenovo kit. I will therefore find a different brand and seller from now on.

I made an order in error and immediately contacted Giztop to cancel the order. They now want to charge me 4% of the transaction. Avoid. !!!!!!!!

Will NEVER go through the HORROR again!!!!!

If you want a smooth, carefree, quick and legal service, Giztop surely ISN'T that. I ordered A Xiaomi mi 11 ultra via express delivery and paid extra for it. Acc to Jessica she said the phone will come within 15 days for express service cause of covid (even thought the website says 7-14 days) . But after 1 month my package was no where to be found. 1000 euros were stuck and whenever I mailed them I got 1 reply every two days saying "be patient". After more than a month my package came, (I wish I could post the pictures) it was just the outside cover and no phone inside. Imagine the horror. I thought I was scammed. I kept asking Giztop everyday what was going on and every other day Jessica would tell me please do your investigation from your side cause we sent it from here. How am I supposed to investigate, when the courier service was theirs. But I did investigate leaving my work aside, because it was my money that was stuck. So what I got to know was, to save taxes and custom duties they don't declare the phone to customs and declared the 1000 euros package as 6.99 euros worth phone repair parts (again, wish I could post some pictures). So customs confiscated it, I don't know in China or Belgium aur my destination country. To make the matters worse they took the express delivery money from me and still sent the package via standard delivery (proof on the outer package label). After wasting hours behind there back I did get my money back, loss of 50 euros for me as PayPal exchange rate. But I don't mind that, 50 euros is my lesson to never go near Giztop again. So after almost 2 months the only thing I got was stress and time waste. Hope this review saves many other friends from this horror. Cheers!

The phone is not brand new when I got it, and the customer service charge 4% transaction fee for return. Updates: Thank you for showing what is 盛气凌人. Here's the story: 1. I ordered a limited edition phone with a special feature for unboxing (only show up when the phone is first time used). The unboxing experience is very important when I paid the high price for limited edition. However this special feature is completed missing when I got the phone (and it indicates the phone has been used by someone else before). 2. Right after I noticed that I contacted the team stating the situation and Giztop AGREED to return but with condition I pay for the shipping and paypal fee. 3. Then it comes with several rounds of emails. Giztop asked for photo, I provided; Giztop asked for IMEI, I provided; but what they end up doing was repeating 'phone is being opened for google installation', without any proof (you asked for IMEI right?). 4. For those who are reading this, if you are not kind of person giving 5 stars to all purchases, please read other one-star reviews before making decision.

Couldn't be slower

Paid 1425 euro through paypal for a laptop i really needed fast so i expected it to come in max 6-10 days with express shipping , i order on sunday and wait.....wait.....wait , 4 working days go by just to receive an email that says there is NO STOCK thank you giztop you needed 4 flipping days to realize you dont have stock , good company totally not incapable of updating their site and stock count so i request a refund on 28th of july it was confirmed 4 days later and i received 1350 euro 6 days later so i wasted only 10 days and 75 euro in fees to receive NOTHING , i feel god damn scammed , don't order if you want a reliable seller

Needed a laptop and they fcked me

Ordered on july 25 at 1425 euro just to be anounced 4 days later that they didnt have anymore stock after i waited a WEEK now 8 days later i got my refund 1350 euro , SO I LOST MY MONEY AND MY TIME THANK YOU GIZTOP

Wrong strap

I order the original strap for huawei watch gt 2 pro.They sent to me,wrong strap for previous model. Their answer is that I can put this strap on my watch and is the same. Νο it is not the same. Watch gt 2 pro hasn't the same strap with gt2

SCAMMERS!!!!!!! They sent it damaged, when I wrote to them about it they ignored me, and now they wrote that they will not reimburse anything, as a result they threw me for $ 100

I bought the Chinese edition Xioami M11…

I bought the Chinese edition Xioami M11 Ultra phone. It arrived within a week safely. I wish there were more text to explain the differences between the Chinese edition and the Global edition of the phone. I would have bought the global edition...Giztop is a good site to purchase mobile phones, and I would definitely purchase from them again...

Incredible site would use again

Giztop is a very reliable fast shipping site I would definitely use it again for purchasing a phone. I purchased the Lenovo legion duel phone 2 from here and it came very quickly. Perfect condition and correct global rom installed as well. My only complaint is even though I was told the phone could run USA 4g it still only ran up to 3g.

When what you order is out of stock

Hi, looking for the Redmi K40 gaming edition 8/128, and it was on your website were i found the best price, i order feeling concern but i went ahead. The delivery went without hiccup, right on time as well. My surprise, which as a really good one, was after removing the protection plastic and already had a good into the phone and software, i realize there was a piece of paper in the phone box. And basically the paper did said in another words "dont you worry, we got you cover, not the 8/128 you order but 12/128". What great upgrade... Thank you so must Next phone to upgrade will be for my wife and will not hesitate to order to you guys again.
