I paid an additional $30.00 to receive my purchase within 7-10 days. The package was not shipped for 5 days. The tracking software showed very little detail once the package arrived in the USA. The purchase finally arrived after 21 days, which was still longer than standard shipping. I paid ten dollars for a charger that Xiaomi was supplying for free. The product was what I had ordered and arrived in good condition. The customer service representative would not refund the extra shipping cost.
I purchased something small to see how it would go. My first order was delivered reasonably. I ordered an expensive phone for my second order, took them 5 days to tell me it was out of stock. Such an inconvenience! Online stores like this should know what they have in stock, especially if the item is $1000+. SMH!
Ordered a almost new phone with express delivery that still took quite a while to arrive. When it actually arrived, the phone had obviously not been tested since it wasn't possible to use cellular data or make calls. RMA was approved and I got refunded. A few weeks later i order a pair of headphones from their eu warehouse. A month later nothing has arrived and they claim that they are sold out and will refund me which they still haven't done. Not impressed with giztop...
I had no feedback for a week about my order. The phone I receieved is a Chinese version with warranty valid in China only, and the charger does not have an EU plug but the item was labeled as an `EU` version.
Initially was a good experience. the company replied promptly and allowed me to change my order. Once the order was put through though I had to chase it up myself to check it had been sent, then once it was in transit, the carrier they used was terrible (i appreciate that is not a Giztop issue but considering that other companies are delivering items with no issues globally, i am not sure why the delivery from giztop was so awkward).
I would buy from them again but not if I was in a hurry. Also there are other online providers from china selling at a lower price (I learnt this and that was why i ended up changing my order). So if you are cost conscious maybe search more on google.
Delivery to Russia was announced. I have ordered and payed smartphone and they refused to send. Then they sent me back 35 dollars less.

The shipping company stops DHL service to Russia recently because of COVID-19, and the Post Air Mail shipping also takes 5-6 weeks to Russia, so we think it's better to pause shipping to Russia and will restore when the situation get better. Ordered a ROG Phone 5 with express shipping, shipping was nearly double the length in time as described. The Main thing is when the package arrived it was everything but the phone. It was packaging, charger, and case however, actual device was not included. Very sketchy. Just filed a paypal claim.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. We will contact shipping company as soon as possible. From the tracking information, the package was delivered at front door of your home on 6PM, April 1. I don't know if someone stole your phone, or it lost on shipping. But don't worry about it, we will deal with shipping company to solve this issue. The package should has to sign with someone, should delivery face to face. Don't worry about it, we will give you full refund if there is some mistake on shipping.
Giztop is highly recommended. Its product wallet is extensive with reasonable prices when comparing with other markets. In particular, there are products that cannot be found elesewhere. Also, customer support is excellent and able to reply in less than a day, prodiving honest information and solutions.
The only disadvantage encountered is its logistics. My order arrived late in 88 days. Of course, this can somehow be attributed to Covid-19 restrictions. Nevertheless, I received an additional package, free-of-charge, as a compensation.
Again, Giztop is highly recommended and will be preferred for my next purchases.
My experience was not good, I ordered a smartphone and only after 5 days they told me that don't have the product in stock.

Firstly, the customer service team Jessica is responsive. All my enquiries are replied within less than a day. Secondly, i understand the shortage of the phone is hard to acquire and really frustrate as their website listed got stock but when i purchased they said no stock so a bit misunderstanding and miscommunication. I purchased the phone with fast delivery to nz but i got it after nearly a month (in transit for 25 days). But this is all because of covid so i ask ppl to be patient and give them a chance.
I was very nervous buying from giztop after I purchased my mi 11 and read some of the negative reviews online. But I got my phone, exactly the way it should be. Global version etc.
I'll admit the customer service and communication could be better but that may be a language issue. Anyways I'm very happy and will recommend them! Ps I paid for 7-10 day shipping got my phone in 13 days 🤷
Shipping was a hassle, but I did eventually get my order.
I ordered my Motorola Edge S to be delievered to Toronto and paid for 7-10 days shipping. I got the phone 19 days later.
I am very satisfied with my phone, but they could not deliver within 10 days as promised. Still, Giztop does seem to have a good selection of Chinese smartphones that are cheaper and more powerful than what we have here in the West. It could be a lot worse.
Have bought a phone and a case and a case from Giztop.
The first order the phone turned up, but the case never arrived. The second order was just a case and that turn up. If all 3 had turned up I would have given a 5 star review, but sadly I can't.
Your package will stay in Belgium for a week if you order with standard shipping to Ireland.
I had to wait one month for my phone, but it says it would take 10 to 20 days. If you are buying something from china with standard shipping it will take one month, this is mainly because it stays in Belgium for a whole week, I thought it was lost there but other Irish people ordering from China had the same problem as me. Also when the package did arrive the sellotape securing the phone box was cut, I am not sure if it is normally like that, but the phone looked like it was safe in the cover.
