If there is a option to put zero i would gladly give it Giztop has put a wrong invoice so customs asking penalty no replies from them regarding ,never buy it from here

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I think probably our emails gone to the trash mailbox, Usually, we reply emails in 24 hours, maybe sooner from Monday to Friday, but a little delay on weekend.

I feel a purchase confirmation right…

I feel a purchase confirmation right after will go a long way in inspiring trust since initially I had no idea, if my purchase went through or not and then perhaps use a better shipping company as the tracking information is not that helpful and it takes a while for products to arrive.

A Good and Worthwhile Buy

I made the purchase thru Paypal express checkout of Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G 6/128gb last Dec. 4 and received it thru DHL delivery Dec. 23. That is 19 days later. 12 days - Before tracking no. is received and shipped 4 days - with 4PX as local courier 3 days - with DHL as service courier including day it was delivered. As difficult as the shipping and courier process may be, I had my own share of anxiety while waiting for my order. But I believe all purchase online has their own share of risk and would require leap of faith, trust, lots of patience and respectful communication. In the end I would say, it was a worthwhile experience as all my waiting was rewarded with how happy I am with the phone. Not to mention, I have purchased it at a cheaper price (pre-order) and I paid no customs charge. Thank you Jessica and Giztop team. Also thank you for acknowledging my suggestions. Note: Do not be surprised if the plastic seal of the box was removed. The phone being china version has to be installed with Google Play Services APK first (in Chinese) before the English Google play can be installed. I was happy to receive it with ready English google play. All I did was to download all the english apps I need.

DO NOT BUY from GIZTOP

If you read this message then probably you are also one of the hundreds of people being scammed. I would give them ZERO rather than ONE star. Here is my timeline: Dec 02, 2020- I ordered the phone from giztop.com because it says in the website "in stock" and I purchased the expensive shipping method of 7-10 days. Dec 03, 2020- Jessica emailed me to ask me if its okay to send the chinese version and I said it is okay. I also advised that I need the phone urgent and she agreed to send it by Monday with tracking number from DHL. Dec 07, 2020- I emailed giztop (Jessica) to make a follow up on the agreed tracking number and update for the phone but there was no reply. Dec 08, 2020- I emailed giztop again and she replied that it was holiday there (FULL OF EXCUSES) and I don't have to worry and they will process it today and give me the tracking number. She also lied because in the website it was already "in stock" but now she said they recently just have the stock. Dec 09, 2020- There was no email from giztop about the promise of update for the phone. So again, I sent them an email asking for any update but they just ignored me. I made another email that night (New Zealand time) and told giztop that I want to cancel my order and refund the money. Jessica replied with full of lies saying the phone is just new in the market and "still in the processing". I have doubts, why tell me that they have in stock last Dec 08 and now they told me it is still in processing because it's new in the market? She said they will refund me if I wait for 2 days. Dec 10, 2020- No reply so I asked Jessica again what happend to the refund? She said she has asked for the refund today. Why today only when we have already agreed to refund the money since yesterday! So I made a follow up with paypal to ask and investigate whether they have initiated the refund. I found out that they have NOT initiated any refund which is another dishonesty on their part. Summary: Do not buy from GIZTOP. Do not be fooled by "in stock" as they really dont have stock and will still source the item which will take weeks. If you can screen shots all conversation the better. Proceed with Paypal and go to resolution for "refund". If you dont go to Paypal then they will continue to fool you around for months.

My 2nd time ordering limited Edition…

My 2nd time ordering limited Edition handphones from this site. This round was for OnePlus 8T Cyberpunk 2077. Though there was a delay in the shipment which was understandable for such sought-after product, the sets have reached me today. Tested and satisfactory. Thumbs Up.

So Its my first time buying a phone…

So Its my first time buying a phone other than a Iphone or android but I ordered a xiomi 10 pro and I they sent an ema saying if you wanted the global or china and I wanted a global rom version so they said it would be sent in 2-3 days on Nov. 30th but now Dec. 8th I still haven't received an email explaining if it was delivered or not, please anyone buying on giztop dont, they are probably scammers

SCAMMERS ALERT. These people are scamners i ordered an accessory for my phone on October 24 and its been a month and they refuse to give a refund. I am so disappointed please don't let the fake good reviews fool you and if you were scammed too please leave a rating.

Stay away!

I purchased a Xiaomi Mi10 Ultra on Friday (13/11/2020). I paid via paypal checkout, just with my card details and not with a paypal account. Today (17/11/2020) they emailed to say they are canceling the order because I haven't used a paypal account. Rather remarkably, I have to wait 2 days before a refund. Would highly advise on staying away from this.

What an awkward experience Goddammit!

I ordered with them two times recently. First order was Redmi K30 Ultra and second order was Redmi K30S Ultra Both of the time i had to cancel my order and asked full refund. At least they are fast and good at refunding your money!! That`s why i gave one more star! :) Why i had to ask full refund ? because they do not have any timeline and when i asked about shipping date about they always tell you a history to make you hanging on... then i lost almost two month to have a phone. Still did not get it. Giztop is a disorganized company so still they need time to improve themselves.

Don't get fooled by this group of scammers and thieves. I ordered an accessory for my phone last September and until now the item is not delivered. I contacted their support platform so many times but they kept on saying sorry again and again and they could not tell me where is my order. I asked for a refund and they did no longer reply. I think most of the positive reviews are from Giztop tricksters.

No luck getting it shipped!

Ordered a phone from them and just got excuse after excuse as to why it had not shipped. At least their refund process is ok, hence the extra star! A lot of bad reviews until lots and lots and lots and lots of customers gave 5 stars. They're mostly deleted now-well done Trustpilot

I have ordered my phone from Giztop and received it within a week good service,only when you paying by PayPal there's exchange rate which you have to bear in mind cost going to be a little higher than actual prices and you have to pay tax as well,which I saw some other websites for same phone they were paying duty tax,but you get 2-year warranty with Giztop.
