I recently bought a gravel frame from ICAN and had a very good experience. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed about the frame sizes and geometry. The frame came in the window I was given and was packed very well. This is my first time assembling a frame with all internal routing, and ICAN’s short videos on YouTube showed me exactly what I needed to know. Received my gravel bike frame in mint condition due to the excellent packing materials. Once built and ridden the frame performance is wonderful and looks great too. I have had no warranty issues.
I appreciate the wheels that ICAN makes. Sapim steel spokes, a choice of hubs, and durable rims that don't slow you down. Every time I've had a question for them, they have answered it so the customer service is there from my experience. My first pair of wheels was an Aero 35 disc set that I rode for years on the CX bike. I don't run tubeless, I run latex tubes so I can't say how they hold pressure but I can say that they added a vent hole so that if you do run tubeless, you don't run the risk of exploding your wheel because air builds up in the body of the rim. The Aero 35s got solid use and the rims and the hubs held up. I had to snug up the spokes after a while to bring them back into tension but I had the tools for that and I think that's normal given the pounding they got. I recently bought a set of the Aero 38s with the DT Swiss hubs (also disc) and the two sets feel about the same over the same singletrack. The packaging was perfect and they even included an full roll of rim tape (more than enough for both wheels). In my opinion ICAN just does things right. Durable, comfortable wheels that don't slow you down.

Their carbon fiber wheels are unbelievable in their value to the dollar. My first wheelset I ordered was the G25. Based on my satisfaction with those, I ordered the AERO 50 wheelset for my road bike. Overall satisfied, I ordered a G25SL wheelset as a gift for my sister (she, by the way, loves them). When I built my lightweight climbing bike, I ordered the AERO 50 II wheelset. As far as ride quality and durability are concerned, all of these wheels have been outstanding! The only concern I had was that, when I ordered my first ICAN wheelset, the shipper lost them. But after some back and forth communication, ICAN sent out a replacement set. The fact you can order through Amazon has made a couple of these purchases really easy. Please, ICAN, maintain both your quality and your value for money!

I've bought two pairs of wheels from ICAN: the G50 gravel wheels and the Alpha Pro 50 wheels. I haven't had them very long but I have nothing negative to say about them. So far they're holding up well and performing excellently.

Great experience from ordering, to communications, to shipping, then receiving. Perry did an excellent job of the order process. I had questions regarding any fees being due upon receipt and also changed my initial paint color. Perry responded right away. Frame arrived in a less than 3 weeks. Well packed, and looks incredible. My son loves it. He did his first ride this past weekend and was all smiles for the entire 75 mile trip. Frame quality is A+, along with the paint. Everything went together very smooth. Would definitely purchase again.
Precise and fast shipping. Wheels of excellent quality. Some negative points: 1) the tubeless tape provided was of low quality. 2) the valves supplied are not compatible with the anti-puncture inserts.
Great Road Feel, but Some Surprises in the Aesthetics
Almost everything is perfect! The wheels are really beautiful, light, and well built.
I thought they had the brand logo in black, but instead they arrived with a mirror-effect logo, which I don’t prefer. I contacted the seller, and they told me that my model only comes this way; however, the photo in the order showed the black logo.
I wasn't able to get a perfect truing of the rear wheel, even after taking the bike to a specialized mechanic.
Overall, the product is good — the rims are light and respond well to changes in direction.
I still need to verify if the ceramic bearing is of good quality, but I’ll only be able to tell that over time.
I ordered a crash replacement front wheel at the agreed upon price which included free shipping. Wheel arrived in a timely manner. Two weeks later I get an email from ICAN Cycling telling me they received some shipping charge from their shipper. This seemed quite odd to ask me to pay their shipper for which I have no contract with. Too bad this had to happen because up until this point I have had great experience with ICAN Cycling and several sets of their fantastic wheels. Probably just use Amazon in future to buy wheels.
