Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional product quality and overall performance, noting that the carbon frames and wheelsets are remarkably lightweight, beautiful, and durable. Consumers also deeply appreciate the exceptionally helpful staff and responsive customer service team, who guide buyers smoothly through every single step of the purchase process. However, some reviewers were not happy with delivery delays, mentioning that shipping times occasionally took much longer than initially promised by the carrier. A few other people also felt that certain minor details like the included rim tape or freehub friction could use some quality improvements.

Perry was very helpful with the order updates when I emailed Ican and from paint to arrival took only about 4 weeks. I just finished the bike build and took it out on a ride so I know that the frame is great now! World of difference from my 2004 steel frame bianchi!
Big shout out to Peggy for the super prompt replies and great communication through email and WhatsApp. The whole process was smooth, even with my customization request. This is my second time purchasing from ICAN, for both my MTB and gravel bike. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the price-to-quality ratio that ICAN offers.
I Bought the ICAN TRIAERO A9, And i did not regret it, beautiful paintjob, great geometrie. I Bought it together with ican wheels FL52 , combined its mindblowing. Hope i have the same feeling after many rides , but im not afraid i won't Thank you ICAN
Great products, great experience, will buy from them again. I have bought both rim and disc wheels and I have built a gravel bike from scratch on their Graro frame, which they custom painted for me. As a price-consious enthusiast I can only recommend ICAN products. Lower-tier wheels don’t use the best hubs, but you get still sealed hq bearings so you can upgrade if you want to later. Ask for Peggy for super service and support.
Experience was great, at first I emailed their info contact address about acquiring the seat stay/upper swing arm for their carbon fat bike but I got no response. I followed up a few weeks later through chat but it was off hour so I left my email. I received an email from Peggy who was super responsive and patient with me and my situation (non ican branded bike)which worked out in the end as I received a replacement part in reasonable shipping time to the US.
Super impressed with the whole experience of dealing with ICAN for the purchase of a carbon wheelset. Communication was great, shipping was fast, packaging excellent and the wheels are extremely well built and perform flawlessly. I couldn’t be happier as the happy owner of a set of light, strong and durable carbon wheels a price to good to refuse. Have recommended to friends who have had the same experience. They’re becoming the go to in our group.
Excellent light and smooth wheels, unbeatable price, fast delivery times
Excellent Customer Support and Amazing Ride Experience I have had an excellent experience with my order and communication with ICAN Cycling. Especially Perry has been so helpful and patient throughout my purchase(s) and supportive throughout several complications which was due to either my mistake or the local post office’s fault in handling packaging. Additionally, I am so happy with my riding experience on these wheels! They are light as promised, and decrease the rotating weight immensely, increasing bike handling capability and comfort throughout my ride. One thing that can be improved though is the tape that comes with the shipment. I personally had difficulty seating them airtight and had to purchase some DTSwiss tape instead. Shipment from warehouse happens fast and if there are no local issues, the wheels arrive within 2 weeks time. They are incredibly well packaged. It was difficult for me to flatten out the thick empty cardboard with my weight for disposal. :D I am super glad for the very sincere customer service support and would 100% recommend the wheels for the overall experience 😇
Very good customer support and responsiveness. Product is also very good quality
Everything went perfectly from ordering to delivery. The wheels arrived in flawless condition, and the delivery time was exactly as stated. The only thing I could criticize is ICAN’s website – in my opinion, it’s not particularly intuitive or professional (sometimes prices are shown in dollars, sometimes in euros). I can imagine that this might put off some potential customers and make them look elsewhere. In the end, however, I can only say positive things: everything worked smoothly, and I’m more than satisfied with the product, especially regarding the price-performance ratio. As far as I can tell, the wheels I ordered are of absolutely top-notch quality.
Great products, and prices. Fast delivery also.
The attention to detail, All my question were answered. And I received exactly what I wanted. Great wheel set at a great price. Not to mention the dt240 54t upgrade!!
I bought recently a FLYEE frame...Amazing frame! I 've to tell i was very lucky with Perry help...don't hesitate to write to him when you want the best...So: great frame and great PERRY
Very happy with my ICAN Aero 40 II Disc with DT240 hubs on my Aethos. Perry of ICAN was very attentive throughout the order process. Shipping for a week was fast considering it was coming from overseas.
Easy communication..shipping and handling excelent.item is in perfect condition.freehub sounds like harleydavidson. No custom payment.my 2nd wheelset..the 1st one still flying high..
I have a SN01 FS fatbike with a Rock Shocks in the rear and a Lefty Olaf fork and this bike performs wonderfully ❤️. Love it 🥰
Great experience with ICAN. The purchasing process was easy and communication from them very good. Impressed with the quality of the wheels, which appear no different to those of big brands but they come at an affordable price. Study packaging arrived so quickly, I was shocked. I fiited a set of 28mm tyres and they went on without tyre levers. It's my first set of carbon wheels ans all I can say is OMG, why didn't I buy these sooner. Transformed my Colnago from good to great and I can't get the smile off my face. There are now three sets, in the group of approx 50 I ride with, and they all trouble free and performing flawlessly.
This is the 2nd set of ICAN wheels I've bought - happy all the way around.
