Size is too big

I bought a 58cm frame, but it's too big and the geometry isn't great. Unfortunately, the seller refused to exchange it for the right size. Really disappointed with the experience.

Good wheels

Good wheels. Carbon makes a huge difference compared to traditional wheelsets. I wish they didn't have such gaudy decals on the sides.

Good ordering and delivery service. Mtb frame M27: The finish inside the frame and paintwork could be better, but for the price definitely okay. After assembly and first test ride: very satisfied, stiff frame with little flex, feels fast and still sufficiently comfortable. Price-quality ratio is good. Tip: * Use Internal Housing Damper to put over the internal cables. * Order an extra derailleur hanger along, it is not included with the frame.

The wheels came with deformed hubs

The wheels came with deformed hubs. It was impossible to mount the cassette. I had to expend a lot with a mechanic to get the hub ready for the cassette. Totally unsatisfied.

AERO R01 Hub EU

I bought AERO R01 Hub EU × 1 month ago. Good buying experience and fast EU shipping. Edit: After few months of use, the wheel started squeaking (problem with the bearings). Changing the front wheel bearing did not solve the problem (the wheel still squeaked.) Probably a manufacturing defect.

Wheels are great

Wheels are great, however, I repeatedly said I had quick release, not thru-axle and was told that was not a problem. I received the wheels and they were thru-axle. I asked for adapters to be sent but was told it would be easier to buy them myself. I had to spend £50 buying adapters.

Very Poor Customer Support

Got the a9 in 56. Looks great. But the 1 star review is from the customer service side of the house. The seat tube is not a standard size, so ican supplies a battery holder. My box came with a battery holder without the shim to wedge my di2 battery in place. I contacted the company showed pictures and expressed that I didn't receive the shim. After a few back and forth emails, i was told that my battery was upside down and to use the holder that ican provides. I was trying to be polite and cut to the chase and I requested they send me one and the response was that they do not provide di2 battery holders... after they had already sent me one and had several conversations with me about the battery holder. Very unhappy with my experience. I will likely not do business with them in the future for this interaction. If they simply sent me the shim I would not have had any issues and this would probably be a four or five star review. Customer service and support to me is just as important if not more important than the product. I hope that everyone gets all components when they place an order.

Good product

So far, the product, the G24 wheels, are very high quality. My only wish is that the shipping costs had been shown up front.

Ordering was made easy by Linda. She quickly responded to my questions. I wanted a unique color and lettering. Almost immediately I had a computer layout of what I wanted. The price was fair and much less then most other cycling frame companies. After making payment, I had pictures of my finished frame in less than a week. Shipping was also fast and frame was very well packed. This is my second frame from ICAN and if it rides as well as the other one, it will be an A+ bike. I just need the weather to change so I can start to put some miles on it.

Ordered wheelset and website said delivery by 16 October. Have not heard a thing. Nothing. No replies to emails. Would avoid this company.

Custom Paint Job

Just received my new SN04 frame in an awesome custom matt red. Perry was a top man in assisting me in all parts of the purchase. Frame was well packed and in perfect condition following shipping via UPS. Received the frame several weeks ahead of expectations. Thanks Perry.

The frame (SN04) was faulty

The frame (SN04) was delivered assembled incorrectly. I only discovered this when it started becoming damaged due to frame hitting itself before full shock compression. Ultimately the frame broke and now ICAN won’t replace all the damages parts (only a partial replacement) Very unhappy.

I purchased the Ican Alpha 50 wheel…

I purchased the Ican Alpha 50 wheel set. The rear wheel hub axle could not go through it was so tight a hammer had to be used to loosen the axle. I contacted Perry who asked for a video of the hub which I did and he sent me another hub for replacement within a week. It is now working well.

Order a frame in a special paint job…

Order a frame in a special paint job green( send me invoice with picture of paint and color) they then spend more than 1 month to paint a frame they have in stock. They then paint it blue and want me to accept the blue. Is say now and claim my 1621 USD back, but they dont pay me back, ICAN will give me 80 usd in discount. Total bad way to make buisness.

After 2 years deformed

I had ordered the 50mm Tubeless Ready Wheels. Shipping from the European warehouse was very fast, the wheels very well packaged and make an aesthetically beautiful impression. The wheels were 3000 kilometers and 1 year and 9 months in use. The hub was a bit wobbly (no Dt Swiss), but still usable. The wheels have held well until I drove a few descents in Taunus Mountain in Germany (Frankfurt am Main) (far from alpine terrain). By braking with the rim brake, the wheels have overheated and deformed. The brake track on the rim brakes has become wider in some places (up to 1mm wider). As a result, smooth braking is no longer possible. The brakes stutter on descents and can lock up at any time. After several emails and evidence photos and videos, I was told that it was normal and the rims should be centered by a bike store. This circumstance can not be centered because the width of the rim has changed. I find it very disappointing that I was not offered a solution within the warranty period. Will no longer purchase products from the company and can not recommend.
