Well packaged, visually good set of wheels, appearing to be quality build and materials. Unfortunately the rims are not sized correctly for a standard 700c road tire. It was a royal battle to mount a Conti 5000, and once mounted, I wasnt able to get the tire to sit true on the rim with adjustments and inflating it past the max psi. So the wheels were unusable and were returned. Even if I had successfully mounted the tire at home, I wouldn't have wanted to struggle with it on the road fixing a flat. And I wouldn't want to limit myself to any particular brand of tire in hopes it would fit better. The tire I used was from another set of Chinese carbon wheels that I was able to put on with just fingers and the bead snapped into place at under 100 psi. So heed this warning. I don't know how people are using these wheels. And I've been road cycling for over 40 years and even built a few sets myself back in the day. To their benfit, Ican refunded the full amount including the return shipping cost. This is the third set of Chinese carbon wheels I've purchased, the most expensive, and the only wheelset I've ever had any issues with.
Was disappointed with quality of hubs, I don’t think these are original dt 350 hubs? They have decals instead of painted logos I’m suspicious of their claim being DT. Have to wait and see how they hold up under use.
I purchased wheels and was told my address was invalid so I submitted another address. Then I was told because of COVID-19 they couldnt ship to that address either. I was then told to purchase on Amazon and after I made the Amazon purchase, I would be refunded. I've heard this scam before so I just asked for my money back
After buying 2 sets of 50 mm carbon clinchers, which I was totally happy with I decided to buy a frame for my partner.All was well for 6 months until I discovered a small crack at the back of the seat post clamp :( After several e mails to Debbie and a heap of pics, she said the frame would be covered under warranty and would be replaced and sent to me :) This was 4 months ago and I have still not received the frame, E mail communication has now ceased from ican . I am so disappointed in this company as they were originally the best online company I had ever dealt with. I will not be buying again from Ican
I bought the integrated handlebars. Great customer service from Debby, arrived quickly, well packed. Bars and spacer system are well-designed and look great on the bike. However quoted weight on website was 264g, but bars were 324g and spacers another 35g for a total of 359g. Either the design has changed, or the website is misleading. So buy for the design and execution, but not with the hope of saving weight over a separate bar and stem.

Wheels seams to be good quality, but weight higher than promised (I have ordered Tubeless ready 50 mm catalogue price 515 $ set). For me it does not matter because I need them for triathlon where weight is not so important
Started out a little odd with email asking me to pay and extra $50 to ship DHL instead of China EMS due to covid and having first payment cancelled and having to make a second payment. While I thought this was odd and paying an extra $50 not fair, the wheels arrived a couple weeks later and looked amazing and felt amazing In my hands. Haven’t ridden them yet but I’m very optimistic. So in the end everything turned out great.
I just completed building the bike by installing all the needed parts, I haven't rode it as of yet. The frame appears to be of very good quality and definitely much lighter than the aluminum bike I have. I the frame should come with cable tubing to assist in routing the shift and brake cables. I also got the frame delivered to me a lot faster than I thought it would take. Now I'm looking forward to giving it a test ride.
I ended up getting my money back, but due to exchange rate not all of it all due to them messing me around over wether I could pay by credit card even though I already had made the credit card payment
ican sold me a product that says was in stock and was not in stock. so i thought when i purchased the frame and fork that i would have in 8 days or so but now since it wasnt actually in stock im waiting multiple weeks if not months now
I purchased the Aero 50 disk centre lock wheelset. Shipping was relatively fast in this COVID era. It took about 10 days to Canada. They are a quality build. Put them on the trueing stand they there isn't even the slightest wobble. Very light, I weighed them at 1460 gm for the set. They role extremely well. The first ride on them my buddy said I wasn't allowed to bring them out any more as he was struggling to keep up....lol.
The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is for some reason they put a ton of heavy grease on the pawls. This caused them to stick and not engage occasionally. I took the hub off and cleaned out all the grease from the pawls and put on some proper pawl oil and everything it perfect. There are actually 4 pawls in the hub so the engagement is very quick once I cleaned up the pawls and they didn't stick any more. They also claim to be tubeless ready but they aren't true tubeless wheels as the spoke holes are not covered. You would need to use tubeless rim tape to use them in a tubeless set up. I personally use stans no tubes tape in place of the rim strip it is slightly slippery and makes mounting tires much easier compared to rims that have rim strips.
For anybody else with this issue, if you need to take the hub off its a simple matter of putting two wrenches on the flat spots on each end of the hub and unscrewing them need very low torque.
Over all I would say these are the best quality to price wheelset out there right now. I'm coming off a set of Easton aero 55's rim brake wheels as my comparison. I would say these give nothing away to the Easton's. They are 200 grams lighter and less than 1/2 the price.
Just received the wheels today. Beautiful rims, light build, smooth/quiet hubs (my personal favorite), truly round/straight wheels, and unfortunately twisted aero spokes as noted in other reviews. I will hear team mechanics do this to riders who are rude. I certainly didn’t mean to offend. Now I will have to adjust most spokes to present a flat profile. Also centerlock lock rings are not provided. If you plan to ride when the wheels arrive, buy them with your rotors. Still presents a good value. Can’t wait to ride them after twist is corrected and rotors mounted.

I bought the standard 38mm wheelset and out of the box the frontwheel was really untrue. Also i had no warranty card inside the box, they told me its no problem, because i bought it on the webside. After only one month (ca. 800-900km) a spoke broke on the rearwheel and damaged the sourface of the rim.
i contact the support and they didnt responde at all, after one week i contact them again and they wanted pictures from me, i toke them and sended right away. Now another week is gone and of course no response. I told them now that i will sent it back and i want my money
Totally disappointed you send it from China without! telling me that I have to pay the taxes for it, which were more expensive than the product itself!. Last time I bought one set of wheels they were also light damaged too. Never buying something from ICAN again.
