This is one of the only sites charging for shipping these days. Even when spending a lot on this site, there doesnt even seem to be a free shipping option

No live agent that could see my cart and help when dresses selected kept changing once in cart; then when trying to register no information on setting up an account only to get the app or to use paypal. Very frustrating to not have live customer agent by phone.
