It’s been a little over 3 weeks since I placed my order and it still has not arrived. I sent 2 or 3 emails to find the status of the order and was told that I should be receiving it soon. The last email was about 10 days ago.

I ordered 3 New SIPIK SK68-3W. One of the torches did not work upon arrival. Their replay, "Please send us a video about the defective product, so that we can help you solve the problem faster". How do you use a video to solve a dead torch? I do not have a camera. Lightmalls worked very hard to make things right! They provided a new replacement flashlight

I bought x2 HC35 - 2700 lumin Headtorches and one arrived with the charging port lose unable to charge. I returned the faulty one and asked for a refund and it was agreed £75. I checked arrival 12th April and told it had not arrived. I confirmed tracking and it had been signed for 8th April. The headtorch was already fully charged and I had used it twice before I noticed the fault when trying to top up the charge. They said it had a few light scratches so I agreed to a reduced refund of £50 (one-third off) and this was accepted my Lightmalls. Weeks passed and I chased them to be told that fault would be fixed and returned, not the refund they had originally agreed. I was expecting a refund because hearing Lightmall's acceptance of £50 refund I had bought an alternate light elsewhere. I have not received my promised refund but now have my Headtorch back. The cost of returning the item to China is over double the original shipping when bought if returning for a refund or repair if China. I would look for a UK supplier rather than the trouble purchasing with these people.

The payment for two flashlights was taken out of my account on April 13 and this is the only contact I have had from the company and today is May 10. No tacking numbers, nothing. I am more than a little disappointed and concerned if I will ever get my flashlights and they want a review for products I have not received. I won’t be ordering anything from this company again.

After waiting over a month for this bike light, it finally arrived today. I was expecting a light that flashes red that is needed for riding on the road, along with other features. Even though the red light has different stages of brightness, this is not what I wanted. I guess I got what I paid for, should have bought a more expensive light. I think I will contact the company and see about returning it.
