Easy process, Batteries (Which were hard to find anywhere as they've apparently been discontinued for Nitecore TM03)). Arrived in a reasonable time and are spot-on for TM03. Happy customer, and would order again. Oh, and the free LED flashlight included was a nice unexpected surprise!

Pissed off

Ordered exact battery out of item but batteries sent ends are different and all they can do is give me their address in China to return them, I have no clue how to send anything to China and did I mention at my cost! Super bad customer service, I agree with another complaint here this company does not give a damn about their customers. I even asked how do I ship to China and they would not explain, I asked twice! Next step if their accredited, they probably aren't, but will be BBB. I will never order off of these shisters again! Even took 3 weeks to get the batteries 😡 they stole my money! Cost more to send back than I paid for them, they sent wrong batteries and want me to pay to ship back to china. Buyers beware....SCAMMERS!

Very poor customer service

This is a company that does not honour it’s agreements with customers and I highly recommend that you order from a more reputable company. You may be lucky to not have any issues with you order, but if you encounter them, you might regret trading with Lightmalls.com, like so many other customers who have posted reviews here. I ordered an Imalent MS06W flashlight from Lightmalls.com ($177). It arrived later than predicted and was faulty on arrival (1 led did not light up) The customer service experience was appalling: they initially repeatedly would only offer to send me an alternative product, which would have taken a long time, and were very resistant to offering a refund. Finally once I opened a PayPal dispute, they agreed to a refund upon receipt. Lightmalls offered no help or useful advice in how to ship the product back. This is very difficult because most shipping services include lithium batteries in their list of prohibited items. When they received the returned item, they insisted that they would not refund but instead would repair the product and return to me for free shipping. I was only able to secure a refund as a result of PayPal closing our dispute in my favour. I have been left out of pocket for a part of the return shipping charges (PayPal covered £15 of the £22 cost of return shipping), but I’m very grateful to PayPal for resolving this issue for me and to have no further dealings with Lightmalls.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Reasons to avoid this company - their tracking system is very poor - they are ordering goods from China - their support is worse than useless. They will reply, but the CONTENT of their replies amount to "f-- off", or "go away". - they do not care if their customers are out of pocket. My parcel failed to arrive, DESPITE their tracking system saying it had been delivered. I swapped more than 20 emails with them. I gave them evidence, and links, to show the parcel had been returned to the manufacturer without delivery. They either failed to read my emails, or send the same useless stock replies. This company is either a scam, or extremely incompetent. Avoid them. .. and no, despite what they claim below, the package never arrived. Not days later. Not weeks later. Never. Scam. Note: Ignore what they claim below. The package NEVER arrived. Not late. Never. In response to your reply; If my address WASN'T remote, it wouldn't need delivering , would it? You would just hand it to me. As to your claim you sent it, with a tracking number; a blatant lie.

Fenix E03R

Fantastic little pocket/keyring light which is rechargeable. The power to size is amazing 260 lumens. This is the 2nd Fenix EO3R I have purchased which I have purchased for my cousin. My original Fenix P3D which I purchased is 2008 is still working beautifully. This was one of the brightest torches back then, use to put maglites to shame.

Exceptional Service and very quick delivery.

I received the torch I ordered in exceptionally quick time. I emailed in a question regarding delivery and which was responded to within hours. I will certainly be happy to use them again. The torch is exactly as described.

I looked all over in stores in our area for UltraFire batteries for my husbands flashlights. Could not find them anywhere. Had an order in for some and people never shipped them. So appreciate taking the time to ship this small order, if someone is looking for a specific battery would suggest they check with you. Again thank you as I stated before could not find them anywhere.

I don't like that my review isn't directly connected to my order. My 12T6 arrived in good condition and it works just fine. I really have a problem with Trustpilot as a platform for reporting customer comments. You should save your money, put it in your pocket or pass the savings on to us, the customers. Trustpilot is mining the data from YOUR customers and what they give in return is inferior to what you could gather WITHOUT their assistance.

The VICMAX A20 Led Bike Light is an…

The VICMAX A20 Led Bike Light is an amazing deal! I've got 4 of these lights and not one has ever failed me. They are a much better value than other brands that have a separate (cable connected) battery. I could not be more happy with my purchase. The largest battery pack can be used for about 5-6 hours or riding. Excellent for long bike rides. I've tried purchasing rival brands on amazon (that look similar with a separate cable connected battery pack) but the light unit failed on my second or third ride on that product. The VICMAX A20 Led Bike Light has not failed me thus far.
