Dress is beautiful, comfortable, and well made. Shipping wasn’t fast but that was to be expected - when I wrote to tell them I had an event coming up they got in contact with the parcel company and it arrived just days later.

No refund after three month!!
I ordered 2 dresses which were a poor fit and i returned them at a significant cost. I did not realise i was ordering from China. Over three months later I have still not received my refund. I keep getting told the parcel is stuck in customs. I have supplied the tracking number. I worry I will never get my refund.

I ordered two dresses for a month. It has not been shipped. I asked for a cancel and a refund. Linennaive is definitly a scam.
80e loss by returning
The dress I ordered didn't fit at all. It was weirdly cut and the buttons on the breast area were tight and the buttons under it were much looser. Had to return it and the shipping cost me 40e. Wasn't refunded the full price of the dress, about 35e still missing. Had to remind them myself to get my refund in the first place.
They get clothes from AliExpress
They get the clothes from AliExpress and other Chinese webs. The clothes comes from China and take around 2 weeks to arrive. There wasn’t any label inside the dress I bought either. For example I found the ‘Outlander 2020 | 100% Wool Cloak Coat, in Aliexpress and it costs 29,12€ and in Linennaive’s webpage it costs 229€. Look for the clothes in Google images or in Baidu (chinese browser) and you will find them. Also write ‘linennaive aliexpress’ in google and you’ll see. At the begining they didn’t want to return me the money and then they wanted me to pay around $20 for the shipping costs back to China.
Don’t get fooled!
I ordered what was meant to be my (very summer casual) wedding dress from this site on May 13. I paid for expedited (7-10 day) shipping which would put delivery about the first week of June. After 10 business days had passed without any shipping confirmation, I tried to reach out to the company which was not as simple as it should be at all. I emailed and received a response 24 hours later stating that the dresses are made to order and they don’t have enough tailors right now but that the dress should be finished and shipped by June 4. I asked why they would even offer expedited shipping in that case; why not state the dresses are not actually in stock so shipping times are more like 6 weeks plus etc. Really disappointed to see that the company is based in China which they clearly work very hard to hide on their website (and social media). After back and forth with “Tracy,” I asked to cancel my order instead. I received the email below stating the refund would take 10 days…or longer since the manager is out of town? I wish I had never spent $150 on a dress I will never receive and also a refund that is just as likely never to materialize. Don’t get fooled by them!! Email: Hi We will cancel your order for you as soon as possible and refund you within 10 working days. Nice clothes, customer Service has improved
The clothes have a very good quality, are well made, nice Material (some of them contain silk, watch out for that if you are vegetarian or vegan) and the colours Look exactly like the pictures. My order got lost and it was complicated to get a compensation, but in the end linennaive did it. I am very grateful for that and will probably order again.

They have very responsive customer service who are always happy to help and are very kind. The quality of items is very high and they are definitely worth the price! The sizing can be a little small, even when measuring yourself properly. Other than that, it’s great clothing and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a little touch of luxury.

Sizing is too large and they refuse to return the money If I return the package because they say they don’t do it for clothes on sale, altough in the website they don’t say anything regarding this. Very high quality on all of the items I ordered. Also very helpful with determining the proper size for you if you ask before ordering. They were even willing to shorten my gorgeous blue Outlander Cloak for me to make it fit better. They also made it very easy to return items I did not want to keep within their return period as promised on their website. So happy for the good service and beautiful clothes I received💙
Bought 8 items, for the most part I am happy!
Since October 2021 I have ordered 8 items from Linennaive (3 skirts, 1 red wool coat, 4 dresses). Shipping for all items was relatively quick, they do indicate it can take up to 5 weeks. I am still waiting on 1 dress that was shipped 8 weeks late because of a production delay which I was informed about. With the supply shortage I totally did not mind it being late. PROS: - Excellent quality- as someone who sews I can tell the seamstresses are very talented and the stitching is strong. Their fabrics are great quality and colours. - Attention to detail- a lot of their garments have tucks and finishes that make their clothing unique from other vintage/cottage core brands, and again speaks to the talent of the seamstresses. Also pockets in almost everything!! - Good customer service response times- while it is unfortunate they do not pay for returns or have cheaper/faster return options, they are at least very responsive. - Pricing - while I am still unsure of the conditions of the workers and where they get their fabric, the prices are very good for the quality of the items. - Their coats are amazing and 100% worth the price. If anything I think their coats are some of their best items. CONS - Sizing is inconsistent, especially in the plus sizes. I have received 2 dresses that were way too small in the bust, while other items fit great. Because they do not mark the size on the clothing I was convinced they sent the wrong sizes. For one of the dresses I did receive a small partial refund after talking with customer service. Luckily because I sew, I could alter the dresses to fit me better. But since you have to pay for return shipping, they should improve their sizing, especially their plus sizes. Also, perhaps work on garments that are more adjustable since they are very fitted. - I noticed they are now doing that sketchy practice where if you add an item to your cart, it automatically selects other items to add to your cart. I recommend they stop doing this as it makes their company look less trustworthy and legitimate.

I ordered 4 items from Linennaive, I have only received 1. Pros: 1. Communication with seller is excellent, she replies after 24 hours. 2. The dress looks great in person. Cons: 1. I had a question about a refund since I haven't received all the items I ordered, she refuses to discuss the subject. 2. The sizing on the website runs small (I ordered a medium), but the dress was large on me. There was also no sizing indication on the dress. It is also shorter as compared to measurements on their website. 3. The dress has a strange smell. 4. If your items were shipped separately, if they picked PFLogistics as a courier you will most likely never see your items.

Beautifully made and designed …
My first order was for the Opera25 peacock blue skirt. I was very happy with the style and quality and received many compliments. Subsequently orders of the Daisy 03 Emerald green skirt and the light beige flared linen skirt were received in a timely manner, beautifully made and fit exactly. My recent order was for the Agarwood 16 linen dress and the Cistus 16 blouse. I had my eye on the dress for quite a long time and I am very happy with my purchase. While the blouse is truly beautifully made, I was disappointed that the style did not suit me. Nonetheless there was nothing wrong with the blouse itself. All in all, the quality is excellent and I’m very happy with how well-made the clothing is. I have not laundered anything as yet, and so I cannot comment on the results of washing these items. When I communicated to Tracy inquiring about my shipment she responded quickly and with reassurance. I was very pleased with the customer service I received.

I emailed linennaive after receiving the Opera 25 | peacock blue linen skirt M / steal blue and - VETIVER 15 | Cross Back Midi Dress × 1 M / Thistle and a white linenen blouse because I was worried that they might shrink after washing and would likely need to return and order a size up because I could zip them up but they were kinda snug. I had forgotten that this kind of fabric does not stretch like most modern fabrics we wear today do. So I'd recommend if you do buy from the is company be sure to order a size larger than usual. Tracy, with linennaive, wrote in her response to me via email that they do not generally shrink when I asked if they had been preshrunk. I washed the blouse because i did not intend to return it for an exchange (thinking it would not shrink and because it fit perfectly). Instead it SHRANK a WHOLE SIZE! I am going to try to stretch it back out with ironing but it is definitely tight now. These clothes are too expensive NOT to be able to wash and wear. So this is what I wrote back deciding to just return the other items and not exchange. My trust with this company is gone at this point. I will not buy from them again : Hello again, After much consideration, I think I would rather return the skirt and dress for a refund. The quality is excellent but I washed the blouse that did fit perfectly and it shrank a whole size. These clothes are too expensive to not be able to wear. Sorry. ---------- And this is what they wrote back. Hi Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, we no longer sell the VETIVER 15 | Cross Back Midi Dress, it is a final sale and not available for returns. That blue skirt is available for returns and exchanges. But we do not bear the shipping cost for the package return. Ylang 15 | maxi Lace-up linen dress in size M is still in production and is expected to be finished in April because there is currently a shortage of tailors. It is made in China. The sizes are not consistent and quality is low. Blouse ordered in size S came in size XXS, short sleeves, short body length @ very frustrating Dress ordered in S came larger as size Medium Definitely mismatch in sizing I WILL NEVER CONSIDER TO ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN Very disappointed. For the amount of money they charge these clothes do not look even close to a quality you are charged. They come in in a cheap plastic bag permanently wrinkled. When you try them on the question comes to mind: How something so well presented on media could look such utter rubbish when tried on? The buttons are coming out holes in some and impossible to get in others not well sawn at all This is a crime to offer product like this for the price Linennaive is charging !!
