Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Before i paid it was showing that verifying a payment takes from 5:30 mins after I paid easily and quick and they withdrawed the money I didn't receive the code and my order was stuck on verifying for hours I tried to contact them they responded maybe an hour later saying that i shall give them a picture of my id and my credit card so they can verify i don't know what the hell is this but okay i provided the information and been waiting for hours now and still no respond till now i keep sending tickets and the support system keeps marking my tickets as resolved like really?? its been hours now still did receive nothing this is really messed up i will keep you updated gguys my ticket number is : 2932946

My first experience with offgamers went well. I did my first purchase and got the code immediately but for the second time it didn't went well i did my second purchase but wasn't able to do through the verification so i canceled the order but I didn't get my money back and it doesn't even show my canceled order in my order list. I contacted them three times but no response my account id is 884433 I hope they see this and get complete my refund.
Edit: After a while they responded to the emails after a while which I sent them to know about my refund status which is good on the other hand I just bought another item and completed the ekyc verification and after that they immediately gave my code.

I have bought many codes from this website over the years, but I just got scammed with codes that don't work. The codes may have worked originally, but I saved some codes for months, and these were redeemed by someone before I could use them. I believe one of their employees is stealing codes from customers to resell. After notifying their "support," I received no solution other than asking me to contact the code publisher, which I told them I already tried uselessly.
