The item was supposed to be size 2XL. It was more like a size medium. The material was very nice though. When I tried to return the item they told me AI would have to send it back to Dubai and that would cost a lot. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I’ve purchased twice from this site and both times have taken me reaching out to customer service to inquire about shipping. I have waited at least 10 days from date of purchase to then reach out about my tracking number. I won’t be ordering again.
It’s a shame you can’t give zero stars, not only are the dresses I purchased terrible and are made of raincoat fabric, it looks nothing like the dresses advertised. Shipping took 4wks as it was bounced all across world for some reason. Will never buy from this company ever!

Worst shipping experience ever. It's been 20 days and the item was still in transit. The shipping company uses a third party who does not send communications. There was a failed attempt to deliver and I didn't get any notifications. It's now been 6 days since the failed delivery and I still have no idea where my parcel is. The vendor customer service responded via a with what seemed like an automated email and there gas been no response from the shipping company despite my 3 email request. I'm sure I will never see that parcel.

The shirt neck is like stretched out and doesn’t look good at all. The overall look was not attractive. While on live I could never get someone to respond to my question about the color of the item since it was not shown on the page or on the life.

If I could give no stars I would. What a rip off ! The picture of the jumper I ordered has been stolen from somewhere else as the thing I received is nothing like it. It’s not even with £1. I really need to stop buying things advertised on instagram that look amazing and end up being total rubbish from China. They also make it impossible to return or charge ridiculous amounts to return so you end up wasting money for rubbish. Don’t buy anything from here. You would be happier burning your money
I was extremely irritated by the amount of time it took to receive my items. I actually went to cancel my order.. BUT WOW..I am glad I didn't. I bought the denim dress and the black jumper..They are two of my favorite outfits..So comfortable and high quality. I have already placed a second order...I just need to allow plenty of time for shipping..But well worth it.. 4 stars only due to shipping time.
I placed an order over a month ago and the items still haven't shipped. I've contacted their customer service numerous times, and they do respond, but always with "it's processing" or some other dribble. I've requested a refund twice and they ignore my request. Do NOT do business with this company. If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible!
This is the most awful website I have ever done business with. I bought two dresses. The material was horrible and they didn’t fit. It was the most thing thinnest material I have ever seen. I asked for a refund or an exchange and they told me I would have to keep them and give as gifts and refund me 9 dollars or sent it back for 40 dollars. They never put on their website that it cost 40 to return to them. I paid 60 for two dresses and they wanted me to turn around and pay another 40 to return. This website needs to be shut down. They think they are helping you by giving you nine dollars when they should at least paid for half of the dresses and the shipping. That doesn’t even cover shipping here. Do not buy anything from this company and I wish I would have read reviews but there wasn’t anything on their websites so I didn’t know about this forum. I have learned a lesson. Shut this website down.
