This is a scam site....I ordered 3 dresses and paid almost $90.00 for them and the shipping. The sizing is way different than American made clothing and the quality was very poor. I have 2 different e-mails going with these scam artists....they are telling me $60.00 or $65.00 for the shipping costs to return and was offered a 10% discount. I told them I would pay shipping if they would give me the address because they tell you not to return to where it came from (a U.S. address)!!! Then I was offered a 20% discount and one of the parties told me he/she was supporting 3 children by selling this cheap stuff. DON'T BUY.......STAY WITH AMERICAN PRODUCTS
The product took a very long time to come and the quality was totally misrepresented online. The soft cozy flannel shirts that were advertised as if: “you took them from your Grandfather’s closet”, were the cheapest pieces of clothing I have ever seen. Totally frayed, thin and falling apart - was a complete waste of money. Garbage. Too frayed for rags even.
Best to stay away from this one.

I ordered two dresses that did not fit right and tried to return them and I’ve never dealt with a company where it’s just impossible to return without it costing more than what I paid for dresses! Never again!
Ordered a shorts romper. The color said blue but when I got it in, it was more of a green. I was not happy with the color and wanted to return it. The initial email I sent for return. They emailed me back saying they need pictures of the labels and the Romper. I sent all that back to them but never got another response since then I have sent several emails and still no response. The service support is not good at all. They say you can return it within the 14 day period but they response from the initial email is that in itself. Then after that you get no more responses so I guess I’m stuck with this $38 item.

Pink Laura is a scam! I purchased their PUFF SLEEVE RUFFLE HEM MINI DRESS in dark purple thinking it would be perfect for college football season. I thought it was safe to purchase after watching a video of 2 American women modeling and describing the dress in detail in front of their store. They presented themselves as an all-American, reputable boutique. So I took the bait. 2 months later the dress arrives all the way from China. Not only is it cheaply made but it is defective missing one of the elastic fasteners for the buttons at the back of the neck. After reading their return policy online, I knew I would not have a problem returning it and I emailed them to begin the return. They replied and asked for pictures which I sent. They replied again asking me to keep the dress, they would refund me 10% and I could take the dress to a tailor to have it repaired. And they said it was too costly to ship the dress back to China. I replied with a no and also was offended they would even ask me to repair the dress on my own. 10% would not even cover the cost of the repair. So they replied again offering a 20% discount. At this point I’m done. I realize I’ve been scammed as they don’t honor the return/refund policy that is clearly stated on their website. So I’m stuck with a cheap, defective dress. They are deceptive in their presentation of their business and I highly recommend you not purchase anything from them. You’ll regret it just like I did.
Zero score. I only wish I had read these reviews beforehand but I also got scammed out of $60. I bought the Tummy control jeans. What an absolute joke! The jeans are cheap Chinese made crap. No tummy control, no stretch as per ads and the sizing is completely incorrect. Trying to get a refund but I don’t hold much hope. I wish more could be done to shut these thieves down!
Placed an order for two dresses. Once they were finally received they obviously were not sized correctly. Upon attempts to contact by email to get return instructions got the run around. They need pictures, the wanted measurements, etc. Satisfaction is obviously not guaranteed. Think twice,,,,

It is advisable to steer clear of this company. I purchased the Women's Tummy Control Bootcut Jeans for $50, and upon receiving them, I found them to be of poor quality and far from my expectations. The construction was subpar, with threads protruding from the stitching. Additionally, I paid for express shipping but only received a $5 refund, as the delivery took nearly four weeks. I strongly recommend against making any purchases from this company. I guess there is a reason why this site doesnt allow reviews to be written on their website
This company refuses to honor returns. They have a massive delay in shipping because items are not in store as stated. Clothing is not sized proper either!
I placed my order on July 21, 2024. It is now August 15, 2024 and no items have been received. When I reached out to the company a week ago, I was told my order was still being processed. I asked for a refund because no longer wanted the items. I then received an email my items were being shipped. I order these dresses for a vacation. The website said orders are processed 3-5 business days. Now I want a entire refund and I will not take no for an answer.

Ordered a purple top and received an insipid yellow sort of colour.. when I emailed them was told that colour would go with so much more !!! They don’t cover return shipping and was told to sell it to a friend if I want my money back … quite laughable !!!

Buyer be very beware. Ordered a couple of items bc it said there was a no hassle return policy. This is a total and complete lie. The items were cheaply made and the fabric was garbage. When I asked for a return they asked why. I told them I didn’t like the fabric. They then asked for pictures. Certainly not a common practice and how do you photograph not liking cheap fabric?! I screen shotted the return policy and sent it to them and they said I could either return for $45 which is nearly the cost of the items or receive a 10% refund. I said absolutely not and haven’t heard back. I threatened with negative reviews so here we go. Do Not spend a Dime on these thieves. They advertise falsely and don’t stand behind their return policy.

The two dresses I ordered finally arrived and they are appalling. Rubbish quality. Rubbish fabric. Absolutely nothing like what they showed in their advertising on social media or their website.
I've complained and heard nothing back.

Ok - update for full disclosure - after some back and forward I ended up getting a full refund for the two dresses, which I wasn't expecting so feel I should acknowledge that here.
I still stand by saying how rubbish the quality was and that I would never buy anything from this site again.
