TOTAL SCAM!!! Why is this website still a thing if so many people are getting scammed out of money?! Quality of their clothing is cheap, and what you see on videos or on their website is not what you get! Handmade crap from CHINA! Not to mention, their return policy is a complete SCAM as well. The person told me it would cost $45 for me to ship back to them by the postal service…just another LIE! But they could offer me 10% off…like I’m ever going to order this junk again?! Unbelievable!!!!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!
Disgusting cheap design nothing like the advertisements. Jeans look like they are made with non stretch cheap, seams don't match and from China. Waste of money they are ripping everyone off. Worst experience ever. Don't buy from them
DO NOT ORDER !!! Total scam. Luckily I am out only $30. I’ve emailed them three times and get the runaround every email. Now I am just doing it for spite!! Misrepresentation online merch and what I received. Filed complaint with FTC for fraud.
Order was paid for and never received the product or any email about not receiving it
I ordered 3 dressed and have never received any of them. When I tried to reach out to them it has never been returned. I also emailed no return info. I entered the order number that I paid for and now I will just report it to my CC company as fraud due to not receiving any information on the order i paid for and it has been almost one month now 3weeks and 3 days. :<
This is an absolute scam. It’s been over a month and I’ve seen no movement on my package. They use Gmail addresses for customer service, completely sketchy. They also can’t properly communicate in English. This website should be taken down due to fraudulent activity. I will be taking legal action - I am sick of the scamming bullsh*tters.
I would have given this zero if there was that possibility, but the company is not legit. The women posting on instagram should be sorry to be associated with this overseas (CHINA) company. Merchandise was never sent and there is no recourse for a reimbursement!
This is a fraudulent company please don’t buy from them. They will not allow refunds or returns even though their website states you can. What you receive is not what is shown and there is nothing you can do to get your money back.
I bought 3 of their dresses... total scam!! Dresses arrived but the fabric was awful, seems we're not sewn properly and threads hanging out everywhere, no tags and seems didn't line up properly. I'm now trying get a refund!
I’m so careful to not order from these scam sites but somehow ordered a dress from “Pink Laura”. The dress is horrible in fabric, color and pattern. They say they have a return policy but when attempting to return they say it’s $30 to shop and offered 10% back. Total waste and so inconsiderate of customer satisfaction. The product is garbage and that is where I put it.

The good… The shipping was fine. It arrived in good condition in a reasonable time period.
The bad… I usually buy XL or 2XL in American sizing. I ordered 2XL and could not get into the dress. It was too small. 10” too small at the bust.
The material also has that cheap synthetic feel to it.
The worst… Pink Laura doesn’t give you a return address, you have to email them to get it. After multiple emails they still have NOT given me a return address.
I emailed Pink Laura stating that the dress was too small and I would like to return it.
Customer services response was to request my body measurements and pictures of the packaging.
I fulfilled their requests.
Customer service then responded by saying the return shipping would cost $25USD. The dress and shipping together cost $31USD.
In other words… They don’t want their merchandise back.
If I keep the dress that is too small to wear, Pink Laura will give me 10% off my next purchase. It will probably be too small as well.
Buy local or donate your money.

I agree totally with all the other reviews and shame on me for not checking first! They are all exactly right, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Not what is pictured on the website and does not fit and NO returns. And that is after waiting almost 2 months to get it. This is your warning, definitely go somewhere else!
I’ve tried sending emails and Facebook messages but I haven’t received one bit if correspondence since my purchase a few weeks ago. Definitely learned a lesson from this! I hope they realise what goes around comes around! 😡
I don’t even give this company a 1 !! Please do not EVER buy from this company !!! It took over a month to receive my items , they were both mildewed when I finally received them , I alway order XS or S but did order a medium to be safe and they were both too small , way shorter than what is advertised , material is thin and cheap not mention we all know the feeling of that cheap material - as soon as you wash it , it would’ve shrunk to a smaller size . Now let’s talk about customer service and their return policy ——
They don’t give you a return address , you have to email them to get it
Once they emailed me - i was asked what the issues were
So you have to send another email to say why you don’t like the item(s)
Then I get another email asking what my measurements are etc
So again you have to email them back which in a long story short version is delaying you even more time to send this crap back in the time frame you have - only to be emailed back that it will cost 45$ for you to ship the items back and just hoping that it even gets there in time for them to even still approve that you can get a return
So I am warning everyone to please find another company / LOCAL company to buy from and not waste your time and especially money on this worthless , cheaply made clothing from this company !!!!!
Horrible. Ordered two shirts advertised on facebook on May 24 and as of June 26 still have not received. I wish I had looked it up before I ordered. Too bad, most other sites have been great.
