没在要求的日期来割草，而且……

没在要求的日期来割草，也没提前沟通，却收了我的钱！再也不会用这个 app 了，而且我还得另找人割草

完全无视了约定的日期

预约了五月底的庭院清理和割草。结果他们提前将近两周就来了，还在'五月不割草'期间割草，而且完全跳过了他们本应先做的庭院清理。核对订单后他们才发现来错了日期，但那时庭院已经被部分弄乱了，等我拦下他们时，承包商只给了个敷衍的道歉。花了400多美元，服务却差到极点，我不得不费力争取退款。

公司很棒，活儿干得好，性价比高

Plowz and Mowz是一家很棒的公司，提供多种不同的服务，价格透明。我以前用过他们的服务，现在也继续放心地用。只要我下单，活儿肯定能做完，而且做得很到位。最近我用过他们清理宠物粪便的服务，养了两只狗，过了一个漫长的冬天，总共才65美元。他装了4大袋黑色的承包商垃圾袋的狗粪便，运到了他的卡车上。那人一直在外面确保把所有粪便都清理干净了。如果你想以合理实惠的价格获得高质量的工作，我推荐他们。

太贵了

太贵了！差不多300美元，就干了清理树枝、落叶、狗屎，割草和修边这几件事。割草的时候直接碾过狗屎，根本没清理。仔细看草坪的话，能看到有些地方的草比其他地方长。我们前院有几块景观铺路石。他们没挪动那些石头，只是没在那片区域割草。 价格离谱地贵，再也不来了。

每次体验都糟透了

Absolutely terrible every time. They take hours to get to you even for an ASAP request. They missed a whole section of my driveway, tore up my lawn and left inches of snow. When I contacted customer support I got a glorified “oh well not our problem” I’ve had many issues with this company. They’re overpriced, don’t care about customer satisfaction or property damage. I would rather use a spoon to dig myself out of feet of snow than use them again.

没人上门，也没人打电话来

下单订了一次狗狗粪便清理服务。约了时间，没人来。几天后又打电话，被告知服务被重新分配了。结果又没人来，也没打电话。对服务非常失望。

以前多次用过

以前多次用过，收到短信说司机表示我的车道比预期的长，问我是否同意晚上6:30付新费用。两分钟内回了同意，他们走了说会回来……结果没完成。第二天早上多次说他们不得不放走司机。最后取消了，重新派单了。

公司真垃圾

这家公司真垃圾。犁从来都不发货。

体验糟透了

This fall, I hired this company for leaf removal. For important context, my front, side and back lawns are professionally landscaped with a focus on native plants. While the leaf removal was scheduled for Sunday, the crew did not show up until Monday morning. There was little to no communication about the delay. The crew arrived Monday a little after 9am. A little while later I went outside to discover the crew had taken a weed wacker to more than 35 of my native grasses along with about 10 still flowering late blooming yarrow and some annual Verbana that had not yet gone to seed. I told the crew to stop and asked why they were doing what they were doing. They said I had ordered this service. I said I ordered "Yard Cleanup" which is described as removing leaves and smaller sticks and twigs. After some not great back and forth (including the crew saying, "we've been here for almost 30 minutes why didn't you come stop us before"), they cleaned up the mess they made (but not the damage) and removed the leaves. As soon as the crew left, I called the Plowz & Mowz help line. The person on the phone was very sympathetic and said "they should not have been cutting anything." I sent them follow up pictures of the damage and they promised to get back to me shortly. A couple of hours later, they called me back and offered $50 off my next service. FYI, this service cost me $467. I was stunned and said that's totally unacceptable. They asked for more pictures which I sent and they said management would get back to me by noon the next day. I also sent a text saying at a minimum I expect a full refund. Someone who I expect is in management named "Billy" texted me a little before noon the next day saying they needed more time to investigate but would get back to me shortly. I have heard nothing more from them. I texted them earlier this afternoon letting them know if I didn't hear back, I would be escalating to Better Business Bureau and social media.

给错房子提供服务却收了钱

糟糕透顶。没做的服务却收了钱。在'已完成工作'的照片里，他们放的是不是我家的院子，也不是邻居家的。多次致电 Plowz & Mowz 要求退款或完成服务。他们唯一能做的就是取消那个已经'完成'的订单。简直像在跟火星人说话。

随叫随到，说走就走

用Plowz&Mowz打理我的出租房一直很省心。租客换人时轻松切换，他们响应快，派来的工人干活也靠谱！

完全不可靠、不靠谱、也没啥帮助。

我预约了一个定制报价，要清理一个小住宅的前院和后院，包括把不属于院子的东西都清运走。灌木长得有屋顶那么高，需要修剪到合适的高度，还有很多过度生长的藤蔓得清除。我是提前几周就预订的。结果他们从来没联系过我（我原以为因为是定制工作会有人找我，但因为对方接受了订单所以也没太担心）。工作当天我见到了他们，他们看了看说工作量比预期的大。我表示如果比原计划时间长愿意额外付钱。他们走了，我以为他们去前面干活，但跟过去时他们人不见了。后来我收到短信说他们拒绝了这份工作。接电话的人说联系不上"定制部门"，因为他们是一家"基于应用的公司"。那天和第二天都安排不了其他人来。我取消了订单，找了另一家更靠谱的公司，他们来了，做了现场勘查，然后开始干活。他们根本提供不了任何实际支持。他们帮不上忙，把我置于一个非常糟糕的境地，因为这是时间紧迫的工作。出于以上所有原因，我不会向任何人推荐这家公司。
