I had the BEST experience with this company! I originally ordered a dress in a medium and it was way too big for me. I reached out to customer service and they immediately replaced it—no return required. That level of professionalism and care honestly blew me away. Because of how amazing they were, I went on to purchase two more dresses and an off-the-shoulder silky top, and I’ve received so many compliments on it on my social media. I Really loved the dress I got for $109.00 but a week after of received my dress I saw the same exact dress for $29.00 at Shein, I thought well maybe the material or description was different but it was exact same when I compared the two 🤷🏾♀️

Pay attention with this company! I ordered 6 pieces from their Website. After a lot of discussions I received 2 pieces out of six. 6️⃣ ( 1 correct piece and one replacement.) The correct piece looks like a blanket of a couch. They even have the audacity to tell PayPal they delivered all of my goods because they have proof of 1 delivery. ( which contained 2 pieces) . So Beware because they don’t come cheap! !

Took a while to receive my coat. I found that the colour was not similar to what was advertised. I know it is supposed to be faux fur but this coat really looks fake compared to others that I bought elsewhere.

Do not order from this company. My husband bought me a dress from them at Christmas. I did not like how it fit and it did not look as it does on the website. When I asked for an exchange with a different dress, they told me it was out of stock. Interestingly, the dress I wanted for the exchange can still be ordered online and it doesn’t say anything about it being out of stock. The address they gave me is in Hong Kong and I would have to pay taxes and customs charges to return it. It is not worth my time or effort and I wonder if I would even receive the refund after all the trouble. When you’re on their website, you can’t find anything about returns or exchanges so CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Just so y'all know, all of their videos and photos with the models in the clothing is AI generated, clothing included. Very dystopian. I didnt order from them, but I had just noticed it while scrolling through their Instagram account and web store. Keep a keen eye for these things y'all we're in a new age 😭

My order no is YH20049 After placing an order of 4 items, I was not given the ref no for one of the items, Until I asked a week after, I was told no stock was available and was asked to replace it with another item. I said I wanted it refunded. I had been rejected 3-4 times until I got it finally. What a poor first-time shopping experience!!! Do not order!!!!! The dress that I ordered looks nothing like the picture. Took almost a month to arrive looks like a 2 yo made it I paid 150 for a dress that looks like it cost $2 to make. What a scam.
