Allianz knew about my delayed flight before I did and notified me by message. (I was walking around the airport.) They sent the travel delay payment by direct deposit.

Quality lacking and customer service unacceptable
I was underwhelmed by the book quality and very disappointed with customer service. You can only contact customer service via email. Although the emails were polite they failed to understand or acknowledge the issue I was having dispute screenshots and multiple emails over several days. I got fed up and didn’t want to waste all my time I had spend building my book so I paid double what I was supposed to for my books. When I got my books the quality was grainy and the color of photos distorted. I will choose another company in the future.
Order process eventually was good
Order process eventually ended up being a pretty positive experience. I had to ask the chatbot how to complete the order for a ‘frame only’. It was not intuitive that I was inputting my desired frame size at step #1 and not the art size as the step/question was phrased. Mr Chatbot set me straight and I eventually got the order completed.
