Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. Its far too complex to change one simple thing. When you want something changed it changes something else. what would take 5 mins on wix takes 5 hours on here. it constantly crashes and disconnects. Big money grabbing scam

it's a scam. The ai "agents" don't really work, if you want to change one single thing it takes up all your tokens and it changes other things on the site you didn't want changed. Waste of time and money

Don't recommend

Don't recommend. Wouldn't call this an AI custom website builder. It created a template and didn't do that well even though given a detailed prompt and comparable websites. Whole experience was clunky and frustrating. I made a better site in 10 minutes on another platform than 10 hours with 10web. Details below... The builder left an extreme amount of work to customize either manually or with 100 AI credits that came with the plan I selected. Multiple times, after making edits, saving and publishing the changes, 10web reversed the edits on it's own. Maddening Billed multiple times for the same task. I created a change with the AI prompt that didn't appear. I contacted support who couldn't do anything but start a service ticket, full day response. The service ticket ended up going into my account and using the prompt to "Make the changes visible." So they used my credits to fix their problem. Then emailed me and told me "the easy fix is to just say to make my changes visible." No 10web, the easy fix is to make changes "visible" the first time and not repeatedly use my credits for your clunky builder that doesn't make changes "visible." What is the point if they aren't visible? Actually got a refund after 6 days of trying to make it work. Took them full day to enter the support chat. Just left it on overnight. They apologized as they are having a large volume of service tickets. ZERO SUPRISE large service volume.

Slimy Business Practice

I was happy with their service until I went to cancel. They make you go through a support ticket to cancel and then they deliberately let the support ticket sit until the next renewal date. They waited to cancel my hosting ON THE DAY the renewal of $850 hit. When I contacted them about the fact that I had requested the cancellation long before the renewal date, they responded that the cancellation was only processed on the renewal date and their policies do not allow for a refund. Unethical business practices. Why do they allow you to upgrade immediately on their dashboard, but to downgrade you have to wait for their billing support to get around to handling it.

Stay away from the dodgy…

Stay away from the dodgy business....they got my payment to begin with, the websites are quick to set up but not real value, hence I didn't use. After one year noticed that they put the renewal through twice, and one went through... I asked for a refund, and they refused as it is not in their refund policy… Be careful, once you paid, you paid......
