Started using 10Web whitelabel reseller…

Started using 10Web whitelabel reseller platform. I wanted to stop using it and cancel my account, however, after weeks of messaging their support/customer service asking for a refund and to cancel my account. They still haven't done either request and are going to try to charge me again soon(Good luck with that, you CROOKS). 10Web are crooks and have been fobbing me off for weeks. I've now had to pursue the issue with my bank, which is now looking into it. Run for the hills from 10Web.

These people are greedy

These people are greedy. They will not refund you. I stopped using my website almost a year ago and was just charged for a yearly subscription even with my website disconnected. They recognize I’m not using the service and still refuse a refund. I would not recommend using their services.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with 10Web

I purchased multiple lifetime codes through AppSumo and trusted their platform to manage my websites. Unfortunately, my account access was suddenly disrupted, and I’ve been unable to properly restore or recover it. What’s worse is the lack of clear support and resolution. I’ve reached out, but the issue remains unresolved, leaving my websites and business operations impacted. For a company offering hosting and AI tools, reliability and account security should be the absolute priority. Right now, that trust is broken. If this issue is resolved quickly and professionally, I’m open to updating this review. But at the moment, I cannot recommend 10Web based on my experience.

Outstanding Support – Problem Fixed in 2 Minutes!

We experienced an issue where our IP was blocked after making CDN changes. After troubleshooting ourselves, we contacted 10Web support – and they resolved it in under 2 minutes. Fast response, clear understanding of the problem, and an efficient fix. Very satisfied with the support!

My first ever tech issue resolved quickly!

I had my first ever tech issue that I couldn’t fix and when I reached out to Tech Support at 3am in the morning the assistance was professional and friendly. The issue was resolved and I was able to complete the website I was working on and meet my client delivery deadline. A big thanks to all the 10Web Care team!

Disappointing Subscription Renewal Experience with 10Web.io

My experience with 10Web.io was frustrating mainly due to subscription and support handling. I had very limited use of the service and faced account access issues, which made it difficult to manage or cancel my subscription. Despite this, my plan was automatically renewed. I contacted support immediately to explain the situation, but my refund request was declined based strictly on their policy, without consideration of the circumstances. Support responses were polite but felt very procedural, with no flexibility or case-specific resolution offered. While the subscription was eventually canceled to prevent future charges, the overall experience was disappointing. I would recommend being very careful with renewal dates and account access, as refunds may not be granted even in situations like this.

Free 3 day trial Total Fail!

I signed up for the free 3 day trial in order to test abililty to clone an existing website formatting, etc, then to edit and use my own content and photo's etc. the app was able to "clone", but once completed I was not able to edit or update or change anything in the website. "Setting up preview" would flash constantly, up to 30 minutes on 1 attempt. some online AI tools told me the free version doesn't really work and you have to find work arounds to get the preview to work. What a great disappointment- I certainly won''t pay for a service that is advertised to have a free trial for a test drive- the test drive was miserable, why would I pay for it when it's broken on the test drive?

Frustratingly bad

Frustratingly bad. It makes edits that won't show up on the preview site. It embeds so much garbage into the code that you can't really select anything to change it yourself. want to change a picture? Great, select the element, change the picture, and oops, now the whole section is broken. Save your money. This is trash. I wanted to be able to work with my website myself so badly, and now I have to go back to Fiverr. There need to be more public honest reviews of this garbage

I had a very frustrating experience with 10Web, mainly because of their refund policy. They claim to offer a money-back guarantee, but when I requested a refund, it was either delayed or outright denied without a clear explanation. It feels misleading and unfair to customers. The support team was not helpful at all — instead of resolving the issue, they kept giving repetitive responses and avoiding the actual refund request. For a service at this price point, I expected much better customer care and transparency. If you're planning to try 10Web, be very careful. Once you make a payment, getting your money back can become a real struggle. Definitely not a trustworthy experience.

Unresolved Account Issue — Website Unpublished for Days

I am a small business owner who hired a developer to build my website (novacabinetrestoration.com) on 10Web. After the site was completed, I discovered that when I first registered, I accidentally used an email address that did not yet exist. As soon as I found out about my mistake, I corrected it immediately by creating the right email address. I have explained this in detail to multiple live support agents over several days and have received nothing but delays, excuses, and the runaround. My website still cannot be published and every day offline is costing my business money. I have now sent a formal escalation email and posted publicly on their Facebook page. I am hoping someone with actual authority at 10Web will step up and resolve this. I would love to update this review to 5 stars once it is fixed — but right now I cannot recommend this platform to any small business owner.

Horrific page builder and no customer service

Paid first for one page, then see you can’t migrate Wordpress page so had to buy another page. No explanation to how to find that page and where to upload, plug in don’t work and their customer service sends a link to a help page that doesn’t exist. Then built a beautiful page, but the AI did not make it mobile responsive so had to sue all my credits trying to correct it. It didn’t work. Eventually the AI made a new website that had nothing to do with my business and deleted my old page. All posts and all work gone. I’ll try to reset but this is just a dangerous AI that is more stupid than chat gbt and lovable. It has zero recollection of any dialog ever input it repeats “aske about Wordpress” even though you ask what to do to fix something. A waste of money and time.

Supports reps that understand your issue and can provide fast, effective solutions every time. I love how knowledgable they are and have had the best reps. Their AI support is fairly good, but their live human help is even better :)

I had a very positive experience with 10Web, especially when it comes to their support. During the setup and configuration of my website, I encountered a few technical challenges. The support team was quick to respond, very professional, and helped me resolve everything efficiently. What stood out to me was how clear and solution-oriented their communication was. Even with more technical issues, I always felt well supported. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the platform and the level of support provided. I can definitely recommend 10Web.

The actual use of the ai tool has been…

The actual use of the ai tool has been nice for regular website building. Getting into a little more complex asks is where it slows down on success. Specifically getting a search tool to communicate between pages for price, acreage and monthly payment to search and filter listings. Maybe user error. It has been equal parts rewarding and frustrating. Will continue to use and hope to get things right.
