I ordered there several times. Prices are great and shipping time is OK. They use IOSS, so as a EU customer you don't pay taxes on delivery, you pay them at checkout.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Made an order a month ago. Went through customs fine when it finally got to the states. However, I can't track it now and hasn't shown up. It would be easy for them to send an empty box to the wrong address.

It was a few days before my items were dispatched because they were waiting for one of the items to come back in stock, my order was sent on the 6th March and I received it on the 11th March, just 5 days! excellent service.

Do not do business with 2fvape

Ordered some things from them. Package was stuck in customs for over 4 months. During this time their customer service was terrible, their email response time was typically 5-14 days, they kept giving me dates to wait to before they would refund me or send me a new package. Everytime that date happened they told me to continue to wait. At the 3 month mark they still refused a refund/new package and gave me a 5 dollar credit and said to keep waiting without giving me a new date. They refused to contact customs to find out if there was a paperwork error or taxes not paid. Package never arrived and after multiple attempts to try and resolve the issue, I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. 2FVape then deleted my account and banned me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

No order after payment, twice.

Placed an order, paid, got a automated email a few days after saying waiting for payment still. Even though I had paid with proof of the transaction. Asked about the order and they said it hasn't been paid for again so hasn't been shipped a few days after the email even though I showed proof of payment. Paid again, stupidly, thinking maybe the payment is due to bounce back. Well, it's been 2 weeks since and not a peep or email from them about the order. The payment hasn't come back either. So, two lots of £45 for nothing. Avoid. 2fvape is superior and actually delivers

Do not buy a clone Astro DNA60 mod

Ordered a clone Astro DNA60 mod, it wasn’t cheap for a clone, $150, auto fired out of the box. 2fdeal TOLD me to film myself unscrewing the panel and send them the footage , this didn’t fix it, also the auxiliary switch doesn’t work (found this out when I took the panel off). Told them I wanted a refund, they suggested taking the device to a mobile phone shop to be repaired! They then suggested that I broke the mid taking the panel off! This was DOA, not keen on sending the item back unless I receive a refund or replacement first as they will probably deny receiving the item back. Avoid, I will be from now on.

No items, wont use again

Ordered se coils and paid forbuk express shipping {5~10 business days). Emailed them after 18 business days and they said there supplier's were on spring holiday and would push to try and get it shipped out within 2 business days. I emailed back saying ibwanted the delivery fee refunded and they sent a message with no explanation saying they had cancelled my order. No apologies or anything! Crap service and no delivery. Womt be using these again

I ordered something with 24h shipping…

I ordered something with 24h shipping now its a day over and nothing no answers from mails nothing I think this gonna end very bad. My order number is No.21082423520594 why still no shipping and no answers but the money is already charged from My credit card I'll edit it for you guys when I get more info but till now no 24h delivery where it says 24h. And no answers from costumer service only automated emails Updateee 2 days ago the e-mail costumer Service told me he sent the refund for 1 Item thst wasnt at stock.but Till now no refund on my Bank Account... I'll Edit

Very bad service

Very bad service , my pack got lost and nobody is taking responsibility for it or offering a refund. They asked me 3 times to check with neighbors which made me feel treated like an idiot. As far as I am concerned I am done with 2fdeal, ther are many other sites which offer same products , same prices and a better service

Great service, fast shipping

This was my first order with 2F Deal. I was concerned reading reviews here, but they had two mods I wanted at a great price. So glad I took a chance. All went absolutely perfectly. They shipped right away, arrived in two weeks, the order was perfect. I would definitely order from them again, and I highly recommend them!

Ordered an Ulton Tripod Clone and some MTL coils. Delivered in 5 days during pandemic. Great prices and fast delivery from China. I've ordered from another Chinese site that took weeks to come (Fasttech) not during pandemic. Easy 5 stars. Will be ordering from 2fdeal again.

Used them a fair bit and at least a year, seem to be the fastest shipping to uk, excellent prices and love the ulton clones, dealt with an issue I had with one product and sent me replacement part, absolutely no issues recommending 2fdeal..oh and sjipping prices are spot on too.

Look - the products are great, especially considering what you pay for them. Initially, my order was delayed because one of the items was out of production. I had to reach out to them, but when i did Olivia was extremely helpful. They sent a replacement item with rapid shipping and some extras. Overall I would say the experience was great

Would have given 5 stars, but i am a first time customer, and ordered 2 items. One of the items Said in stock, but it wasn't.. But that could happend to any sites, and i got my refund 2 days later. Other than that, a great experiance with 2fdeal, fast prosses before shipping. I got an answer short after sending them a mail, so + Will use in another occation when i need something👌 UPDATED 7 JULY 2020!! 2fdeal redeemed them selves, been ordering a few more times, and their shipping is alot faster then other big sites in china! Okay, they do not have everything in stock, but they do source the items for you, like a shopping agent, and thats why they have so much stuff on their web site.. Can't complaint at all, tumbs up 2FDEAL!
