Issues With My Very First Purchase, But Great Customer Support
I had an issue with them & they resolved it within 24 hours. Only thing preventing me from giving this higher than 3 stars is that I had issues with my very first purchase through them.

I ordered a rather large shipment from them earlier this year. Everything arrived as advertised and there were no issues. Will be ordering from them again when the right deals strike again.
Stay Away
I have ordered from 3Avape numerous times. Recently I placed an order to be delivered to my sister. They asked for a copy of my credit card and my ID. I sent my ID and had PayPal send confirmation that the order was legitimate. I wasn't sending a foreign company my credit card, that's why I use PayPal. They will not deliver or refund. Stay away from this site

Great shop, great deals
I have ordered from them this past year 3 or 4 times and haven't had any issues. I normally recieve my orders in about 10-14 days or so. When I emailed support with questions they got back to me within a day. Overall I have no issues and only but good things to say. Would recommend. Great prices and sales, if you don't mind the wait it's worth a try.

Made an order on June 6th. On June 10 I got a tracking number and it showed this - June 10, 2021, 3:04 pm Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item GRAND PRAIRIE, TX 75050 A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 3:04 pm on June 10, 2021 in GRAND PRAIRIE, TX 75050. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. It's now June 18th and nothing has been updated at all. Very confusing

Why isn't my status updated on the website? I paid with PayPal 3 weeks ago! I don't understand all of the items were in stock what I ordered and I still haven't received a tracking number ?? What is the problem !! No feedback from the team !! I want my money back!

Orders Took a While But Came Through.
I've ordered from these guys a few times and all has arrived as advertised. Sure, it took a little bit to get here, but anything you purchase from overseas is going to take a while, esp. now. This isn't Amazon, you cannot expect your package to arrive in 2 business days. Have a little patience and faith.

Near to zero customer service and…
Near to zero customer service and security payment problems since they can't offer PayPal anymore. Lost due this over 160, - Euro with the payments system and they don't care about. Also items get not reserved when not all ordered items are in stock.

So far I haven’t had any updates on my order. I’ve emailed customer support three times and haven’t heard anything from them for a week now. I have no tracking number, I have no idea what’s going on with my order. I have a good feeling my money is gone and this company is just scamming people. 2000% I would never order from them again!
Received different product than ordered, Company refusing to provide exchange or refund
Received different product than ordered. Contacted company, they admitted to switching the product without informing me (bait and switch), and was only offered a $5 discount (10%). I advised I did not want the product received as it was not what was ordered and offered to return it for a full discount. 3Avape advised return shipping was too expensive for them, even though I paid for shipping when the order was made. Claim now filed with PayPal as the company is not willing to correct their error.
