Fed ex lost my package and I contacted 3D innovations about it! A employee by the name of Lisa followed up and sent me out a new keychain within a day or two! I’m so happy I received it! It’s beautiful and I’m forever grateful that they took time to understand and fix the problem!! I’ve ordered numerous of times and never experienced that but I’m glad they took care of me in the end! I’ll continue to order with them!! Lisa you’re awesome!
Looks nice and except it is to light and hard to see. Does not show up as well as the ones on their website.
Please note, the way the crystals are created by etching hundreds of thousands - millions of micro-bubbles into the crystal. This, in the end, produces the image. When the crystal is placed in front of bright background environments, the etched image may not show as well as it requires some contrast however our LED bases is a great addon and makes them look great in all environments.
This was a gift for my Dad. I had ordered the 3D Medium Heart with LED light. He said it was the best gift he had ever gotten!

This is certainly a "different" gift to give someone but seems to be pretty overpriced, even with discount codes applied.
For the amount that I payed the packaging of the crystals was 👎🏿 not good . It was not nice at all because it looked ok worn out and not matching the expensive look ( because it was expensive!)
Hi, We sincerely apologize for this. In rare situations like yours, the boxes get thrown around in transit causing the packaging to get damaged and have no control over how the shipping carries treat the package. We went ahead and sent you new boxes/packaging and offered compensation. We hope all is ok now.
It was such an amazing looking crystal thingy, my girlfriend loved it.

OMgosh! Vitaly did an AWESOME job creating the crystal of my 4 grandchildren. He was so patient and kind throughout the process of picking pictures and he even showed me an example of what my completed piece would look like. The finish product couldn't have been better. I purchased one a few years ago, with the led base. The base stopped working and I could not get anyone to call back or even write about replacing it. I had to buy a new base. Not happy about the service. The product was good.
Hi, Our LED bases come with a warranty and tried contacting you after we discovered this review however we never heard back from.
Found out about these keychains when my parents passed, funeral home charged $150, couldn’t afford it. I was very happy when I met the young lady at Opry Mills! The same keychain was $40!
