Found some music that I really enjoyed, but don't always have access to a computer at work or in my vehicle to stream. I also don't always have access to an internet or cell signal. Plus the place I found this particular music restricts downloading. Now that I found this app and used it, I am hooked. I downloaded all the stuff I have been craving and even loaded stuff for my daughter to listen to. Amazing platform, super easy to use, super fast, and very intuitive. Only thing I would add is the ability to split tracks so I can search through a lengthy playlist downloads. Fantastic job though, on all of your applications. Genius Company. i needed to download age restricted content off youtube and I found this application. the free version does not and the website didn't really tell me which version I needed to download the age-restricted content so i went with the cheapest 1 year auto renew and it does what I need. it is also easy to cancel the auto-renew by entering your license key which I really liked. The ai bot was surprisingly good when asking questions. i probably should have asked the ai bot which lisence I needed and then I could have bought the permanent one but for now, I have a year so i'll use what i have and if i'm still downloading vids a year from now, i'll buy the permanent licensel;.

This has got to be the worst customer support I have ever dealt with. The chat bot continually runs you through a loop of asking what your name is and email address and then starts over again, never connecting me to a live representative

It is a very good program - BUT they force us to use VLC. It is not Quicktime compatible and that sucks. And everytime I write the support there is som lame excuse. Would be nice if I could choose what format I want to have it in.
There are other programs to choose if you have MAC

I have been writing to you several times. To bad that you didn't share that it was possible to configure it different. I have chosen MAC in the meny. And in my world it should be MAC-compatible then I have asked around a lot of friends. No one uses the VLC. And I still think that I as the user should have some saying. I download a lot of short clips 1-3 minutes. And have to open them with VLC is spilled time

We don’t force VLC—VLC is often recommended because it supports a wider range of codecs and containers. QuickTime does not support all formats/codecs that can be provided by the supported websites (for example, some MP4 files may use video/audio codecs that QuickTime can’t decode).
In many cases you can choose a QuickTime-friendly format (e.g., H.264/AAC in MP4) depending on what the source site makes available. If you share the video link and your current output settings, we can advise which format will be compatible on your Mac and what options you have for conversion.
I was unable to get anyone to answer my questions.
