High cost, high shipping, less than average quality
Prices are high, shipping is often even higher. Most small businesses get better shipping rates than you which leads us to believe (and others on facebook groups) that you profit off of shipping. Also, don't even get me started on quality of specialty items.....

about 80% of our orders come back wrong colors, wrong coating, very badly cut or die cut. Quality control seems to be non existent. Orders that are 2 day turn turn into a week+ due to constant reprint claims that still are not correct.

I'm trying to make a full switch from Printograph to 4 over, but my first two orders didn't go well. The business cards I ordered took a really long time, then arrived with the last line of text randomly cut off. Then, I ordered a large foamboard and the corners were so supported in the box and not the center of the board that it created a large dent in the sign. 0/2 the results have been, so I'm stuck relying on printograph for more time critical orders.
