Such a great company
Such a great company I purchased my theater seats 11 years ago. They are still like brand new, so well built. They were one of the only companies that had the two tier seats at the time so you didn’t have to build a platform. I remember they were so easy to deal with when we were purchasing our seats. I think one time during the 11 years. I had a problem with a cupholder and they took care of it immediately. So it’s 11 years later and my power cords are starting to go. So I called customer service, I talked to Megan and she helped me distinguish whether it was the power cord motor or switch we text back-and-forth we got a few phone calls in and resolved the problem. Such a great company to deal with!!!

Fun Home Movie Theatre Chairs
These are fun home movie theatre chairs…we’ve had them for several years now…they’re comfortable, stylish, excellent quality…love them, along with continued customer service that's both friendly and professional!!!
I had a problem with the tray tables…
I had a problem with the tray tables that came with my chairs. 3 of them had longer posts than the other 2. I spoke with Megan and after sharing a photo of the two posts side by side she went the extra mile by going to the warehouse and measuring to ensure replacements would be the correct length. She was great to work with and should be commended.
Great Experience
I'll admit I was hesitant to spend this kind of money on furniture from a company I'd never heard of before — but I'm really glad I took the chance. I purchased a set of theater chairs from 4seating.com last June and the experience, from start to finish, has been great. Delivery took a bit longer than I anticipated — the "next day shipping" language on the site set my expectations a little high — but once it arrived, the white glove service was seamless. The chairs were set up without a single issue. Fast forward a few months, and the headrest on one of the chairs stopped working. I contacted customer service not really knowing what to expect, and was honestly blown away. The rep was friendly, apologetic, and had a replacement on the way before the call even ended. It was under warranty, no questions asked, no hassle whatsoever. That kind of after-sale support is rare — especially for online furniture purchases. I would absolutely buy from 4seating.com again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Had 7 cinema seats delivered. One didn’t work. After a quick chat with Meghan and a You Tube video found the Din plug was disconnected. Easy fix 😂😂

Ordered a row of Diamonte zero g seats to upgrade my home theater. Love them! Had an issue with a rivet in the mechanism that broke, took some pictures and sent it in. I was outside of warranty but Megan in CS was wonderful, they approved a replacement bottom of the seat to be sent out to me. Well done and thanks for taking care of me!

So far I can only say something about the customer service (on the phone) which was top tier with Manuel Gonzalez. As well as with Joseph whom I'm assuming is a sales guy through texting. I can't wait to get my new furniture, this company so far has went above and beyond so I feel the furniture is going to be just as great 😃

Great customer support
I purchased six Diamante Home Theater Seats a year ago. I love the seats and the support is fantastic. I had two of the power headrests stop working. When I contacted 4seating, they were very responsive, provided troubleshooting videos, and quickly provided the needed parts. Highly recommend.

Great Customer service received from Megan!
I recently purchased two Seat craft Theater Recliners, They are very nice and comfortable. I then purchased the tablet and phone holder accessory, what I received and what i ordered were two different things in my opinion. I called 4Seating and spoke with Megan, she was nothing less than fantastic! She listened to what I had to say, then she looked into it and came up with options to resolve my issue in a matter of minutes. I Can't say enough about the customer service I received. I am looking forward to adding more matching furniture in the future.
After a year
After a year, we still LOVE the chairs. Had an issue with the switches for recline but Megan in customer service immediately sent out new ones and took amazing care of us. This is the second time buying from 4seating, and won’t be the last!
