Customer service was fantastic. I do not normally leave reviews, but they were so timely, followed up and treated me fairly. Issue was a small item advertised was not included in the box. They remedied the situation perfectly. Only gave 4 stars because i have not yet actually taken the cart on the course. But by the looks of it, it will later deserve a full 5 star rating. Feel confident in buying through this retailer.
Bad quality. Poles bent at first use, net is very poor quality
I ordered a pickle ball net bundle set but only received 2 of the 3 items, the third being returned to the sender because of damage in transit. After contacting customer service I worked with Winnie to get the replacement. A replacement was again damaged during shipping and had to be reissued again. Winnie was apologetic, polite, professional and effective in each phase of this process. She even shifted the item to a different sender to avoid any further problems. She made the difference in the situation.
My order was canceled with no explanation. Several days after I placed it.

I’d probably give 3.5 stars if I could. Customer service has been great but the quality of the product is just ok. The frame itself is holding up well but the nets are torn and one of the bags (I ordered two sets) has completely fallen apart. We can still use them for our recreational play but for the price, I feel the nets should not be ripping. I have only had the nets a few months. They do get used by multiple groups but only 2-3 times per week.
the item I purchased did not have all the necessary parts. i called the phone number provided in the package i received information that the needed part is not available but the company would be sending me a whole new game this did happen but it was a different game than i ordered but this one had all the parts
My equipment came in a timely manner. Nice quality. I am very happy with my purchase.
Seems like a great bike for my 3, soon to be 4 year old daughter. Very light and fits her small frame well. She is able to use the brakes with ease. A couple complaints, the pedals are awful, I replaced them with better pedals that will allow her feet to grip better. I know it's to aid in weight but there seems to be a decent amount of plastic on the drive system, curious to see how it will hold up. Over all it's a great bike for the price that doesn't use a coaster brake and is light weight.
I love that the bike i order arrive fast an on time the materials on the bike are great the only down size is some of the finish on some or the parts need it a little double check putting the bike together even that it was easy i got a few little cuts from the sharpeness of the parts
Bike is good but size was not as expected for 5 years kid
I wrote a note explaining my problem and I received an answer in a very short time. Max took care of my problem and continued to communicate with me until my problem was totally resolved. Great customer service!
Order arrived 90% of the items not included. Bait and switch.
This is a comprehensive kit at a great price. I think links to different speed and agility drills to use with this would be beneficial and appreciated by many. I would recommend this company and product to anybody looking to help their kids improve their athletic abilities.
Really lovely quality bike. Looks great and went together easily. However No instruction on how to fit the chain guard, it was fiddly but doable. My daughter loves riding it and we love how lightweight it is. My main concern is when she gets a little taller. We can adjust the seat height however the handlebars height is not adjustable? This doesn’t make any sense as the bike is supposed to go up till she is at least 7. I asked customer service and their reply was just ‘it doesn’t adjust’.
A11N Sportd was very responsive to my request to replace our net that spontaneously torn apart at a sewn point. It took some time for the new net to become available, however once it was available, the company mailed it directly to me. Great customer service, highly recommend dealing with this company.
delivery was a little slow I think it took at least 3 weeks maybe a month but it did come and that's a good thing.
Net quality is on lower end. Stitching needs reinforcement. Nets tore after several months use.
Hello Ken, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to know that your net ripped. Was very pleased with how the framework went together! However the net seemed to short! Had to almost bend one of the side poles so far to get the net on, I thought I might damage the upright pole. After only a couple of set ups, the net ripped apart above the center post! Tried to see it back together but that made the net even shorter! Had to purchase a new net from A11N Sports, and to my surprise, it was just as short and hard to get onto the posts as the first net! Takes Three people to try and set it up! If the net rips again, guess I will be looking elsewhere for a new portable net system!!
Hello Martin, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to know that your net doesn't fit your pickleball system. Generally, our net will fit our system perfectly. This set is very sturdy and well made. However, assembling it was a challenge. I found this company to be very supportive in helping me get this right. They are very prompt in responding to email. I finally got this together, but it takes strength ( for me, a mallet). The previous assembling video did not address the issue I was having with installing the net. The company has redone the video, but the essential part, placing the net, end bars first with the net 1/3 down. is not shown in the video. Now that it is together, I believe assembling it in the future will go a lot more smoothly. Again, it is a quality product that will give many years of great playing.
