Sturdy quality pickleball net arrived intact and ahead of estimated delivery date. Other pickleball players in our association were impressed with net. We were thrilled to get a first order discount from A11N. We will check website again when we have other pickleball needs.
The pickleball net system we purchased is excellent - by far the best I’ve seen. I will be back
Great Customer service and communication! My order arrived with missing parts due to the package being damaged during shipment and customer service resolved it promptly with what I needed to make it right. I would buy again from this website and Seller.
I recently used A11N new Carry Paddle, and it feels very good for a paddle under $100. it has power and spin. I add some lead around the paddle, making it more powerful and fitting my play style. A11n's customer service is also considerate and accommodating.
The quality of the pickleball net is outstanding, better than most clubs and courts I’ve played on. When I initially received my order I noticed one of the poles were incorrect, so I reached out to Harper at A11N Sports and she quickly got me sorted out. She was quick to respond, followed up consistently until I was satisfied. Outstanding customer service.
Inquired about buying a replacement pickleball net pole and base and Harper was extremely helpful and got me the parts in no time. Appreciate how easy a process it was and appreciate how helpful and nice Harper was!
I had a bad part. Harper responded in email and his primary goal was to identify the part and get it shipped to me. Harper was very thorough. The part arrived in a couple of days and my net is now perfect.
Easy to order. Prompt delivery
Easy purchase! The product I bought was even better quality than I expected for the price. Customer service is top-notch as I had an issue with a post that I bent, and they helped me with the new piece. Harper was great!
Good product, fast processing/delivery and nice people to deal with.
There was a part missing in my order and customer service responded quickly and sent it to me the next day.
Good personalized communication. Quality products
Great quality for a great price! A11 Sports has delivered quality products that have exceeded my expectations in a timely and efficient manner.
Excellent customer service and email communication from Harper! Had to order a replacement piece for our 22ft pro net (that I damaged). He made sure we got the exact correct new part in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Now our net is back up and better than ever. Very well made and sturdy!
Quick shipping, and professional service. Stoked to put my new gear to work!
I had ordered 2 sets to start a pickle ball program at our church. Instead of clicking on 2, I ordered twice. Only one set was shipped. I emailed customer service and within one day the problem was solved and the other set expressed shipped. This is uncommon customer service. Thanks
I experience with A11N Sports have been great. I brought 5-7 of the C7 & C8 paddles and 200 pickleball balls from them since I started getting serious with playing pickleball in 2023. Their customer service is the best and their products are made with the highest quality.
The line markers are spot on, but your going to have to figure a way to weigh corners down. Otherwise even the slightest wind will move markers. Wish a11n would create heavier vinyl corner pieces.
