I had purchased a pickleball net on wheels with and hand crank for tension for our tennis and pickleball club. It was perfect so we ordered 4 more and potentially if it takes off we will be ordering 4 additional nets. This is a great net and have never dealt with a better company. One piece was damaged in the transfer and they sent out the new piece immediately and it arrived the next business day. We will be ordering from them again!
I’ve bought $200-$240 paddles, and I’ve always come back to my Zenith C7! Such a great combination of power and control, superb maneuverability, and unparalleled spin. Can’t recommend A11N enough — especially with their incredible customer service. Harper handles everything in a timely manner and genuinely cares about satisfying her customers. She’s always gone above and beyond my expectations with the utmost friendliness. If I ever end up switching brands down the line for whatever reason, I will always recommend A11N to my friends and family. Thank you guys!!
I have used A11n's Zenith since I got my hand on it about two years ago, and I like its balance between feel and power. and its cost-performance ratio is superb. I felt the need to add weight by putting lead tape at multiple spots around the paddle, which greatly increased the performance. I started trying to play with it when I got a Carry paddle a few months ago. In the beginning, I felt it was hard to control probably because I got used to Zenith paddle like I was not sure how hard to swing to place the shot where I wanted it to be. Later I tried to put even more weight around the paddle, somehow I felt much better to control it and certainly increased its power. Now I mainly use the Carry paddle, and its lower cost makes it even more attractive, and I highly recommend it. By the way, a11n's customer service is so friendly, helpful, and prompt, which is another reason I stick to its product. If you have any questions, just email them and you will always get help.
We needed some new wheels for our A11N pickle ball net because certain members of the family had been dragging the net around without unlocking the wheels ;) Harper was very helpful for me to place the order and they arrived as promised.
Harper communicated with me about my order so quickly and assured me I would have it in time for my husbandss birthday!! The edge tape is exactly what I wanted and the perfect color kelly green to go with my husbands new paddle!! He loved it!!
Exchange policy could be upgraded, otherwise I’m pleased overall
Harper was terrific. She listened and provided a quick solution in 1 day. I am so shocked it was that quick.
thanks for donating the balls to help us out with our ball recycle program. I look forward to receiving your marketing literature to give your organization credit for your support. Harold
The graphite paddles I purchased are excellent! They exceeded my expectations. I am an A11N Sport fan! I've been using their paddles and balls for 4 years. A company that truly cares about their customers.
Amazing customer service! Harper couldn’t have been more helpful. Harper was quick to respond to all my questions and the shipment arrived a lot quicker than I anticipated. Thanks Harper and A11N for your time and quick completion of my order.
A11nSports has been the key sponsor of our pickleball tournaments from our first event four years ago. They have helped grow our senior center pickleball from a one day a week in 2020 into three days a week indoors, two tournaments a year outdoors, and two leagues outdoors a year.
they sent what I ordered in a timely fashion and kept me aware of where my order was at and when I could expect it to arrive. Plus, their prices were very competitive if not the best I came across in my internet searches. In addition, Harper took care of all my concerns in handling my order.
A1 sports makes a very nice pickleball net system. We bought 2 to donate to our local park. The company shipped promptly and we built the systems. After installation, we noticed that one component had been dented in shipping. Upon reporting this to the company, a replacement part was sent out. Very easy to deal with, very good quality products and good people.
My initial inquiry was responded to very quickly and was spot on with the information I needed. The process of ordering was extremely easy and my item was received without issue in a very short amount of time. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and received a followup to ensure that I had received my order and that I was happy with the item. You are doing a great job!!
Perren was great to work with. I needed the equipment on relatively short notice to take to Moldova and Ukraine for mental health and PTSD programs for people traumatized by the war. Perren made sure the equipment arrived on time at a good price to support the humanitarian aid effort. Thank you Perren and A11n. Your efforts will be put good use in our mental health and PTSD programs.
Harper was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful.
