I contacted A11N Sports for some help getting a replacement item for my pickleball gear and I received excellent customer service from one of their representatives Harper! Harper responded quickly and was able to identify the item quickly and got the part to me in a timely manner. Thank you Harper and A11N Sports for your help.

Great customer service! My portable pickleball net had a broken part and I was able to get a replacement in 5 days!! Thanks Harper!
Bought the Zenith C8 and the new model Empire. Received them in a timely manner (as promised). April was great. Answered my inquiries in a timely manner (whether it’s positive or negative). She also kept my posted on my orders. Haven’t tried the paddles yet. I have the C7 for a year now and I’m happy with its performance and durability. I’m sure the C8 and Empire Control will perform.
Good experience buying from them. It was fast fast
Superb customer service- especially from Harper. Great shipping option between Canada and USA.
Unlike other paddle companies that we have dealt with, A11N shipments are well packed and well protected... We have NEVER received damaged or incomplete shipments... What a pleasure to purchase from A11N...

I bought a Carry C7 Raw Carbon Fiber Pickleball Paddle. And it's so amazing. The pickleball paddle I purchased is an excellent product that holds its own against paddles from other brands costing over $200. It generates incredible spin when the ball hits the paddle face, and it also allows for precise ball control. The delivery was fast, and the service was great, so I am very grateful!
Very disappointed with this pickleball net that I spent over $500.00 on. I could have bought a lees expensive at a much lower price but we wanted something that was heavy duty. The base of the frame is ok it’s the net design that is an absolutely terrible and should be redesigned. The net sags in the middle allowing a ball that hits it at any speed to pass over. The rod in the middle is very cheap allowing the net to be very flimsy. I would not recommend buying this product. This net is advertised as heavy duty. It’s not. Very Disappointing
