I purchased a package of 12 indoor pickleballs. The price was good and the shipping was fast. Unfortunately, after using one, I did not like the balls as they were more like outdoor balls so I requested, via email, a refund. This was the difficult part. At first, they refused, stating it was now a used product and thus not eligible for return. After exchanging several emails, they eventually issued a full refund which they should have done at first request. Also, they do not have a phone number making the process more difficult than it should be.
Major supporter of pickleball. A very stable and reliable brand in a volatile arena of new names in the field. Courteous staff in all of my contacts with the company over the last 4 years. GREAT company to do business with. I know at least 10 people using A11nSports pickleball paddles on a regular basis, and have not heard of any complaints of defects.
Great product and even better service! I needed assistance with my order, and again when there was a small issue with a piece of the equipment. In both cases Harper helped me immediately resolve the issue- helpful, pleasant and professional.

As a pickleball newbie 18 months ago, I wanted to find a good paddle that wouldn't break the bank. Somehow, I stumbled across the Zenith C7, and the dimensions and materials caught my eye, as well as the price. I ordered one immediately.
To say I was impressed would be an understatement. The power, spin and control were outstanding, comparable to paddles costing twice as much.
I also found it to be very durable. After playing 4-5×/wk for 18 months, it still played like new. When I was notifide about the introduction of the Carry XL, at a similarly low price, I jumped. Having a 14mm elongated paddle as an option appealed to me. Not only does it provide more reach and bang, it's also beautiful. I did notice a slight flaw on the face and contacted Customer Service. They quickly replaced it with a perfect paddle. Also, very impressive!
I now play at a 4.0 level and can't see myself ever switching brands. Beautiful, durable, quality made with the best materials and at very reasonable prices.....I can't wait for the next model to be introduced!
I recently contacted customer service at A11N sports looking for a cover for my C7 paddle. Harper verified my purchase and sent me a cover! I love the C7 paddle. At the same time I purchased a second C7 paddle for my wife with a pickleball backpack. Thanks for the great service and products!
Great customer service! I had an issue with the hole. They promptly solved the issue by sending me a new net. They answered the emails within 24 hours.
Excellent and efficient customer service. I wanted to get a replacement bag for my A11N Pickleball net. The old bag's zipper stopped working. I contacted customer service for a replacement bag. Harper at A11N quickly provided me a form to order a new bag. I purchased the bag and it arrived in a week.
Customer Service was very good. I had contacted customer service before ordering and communication through email was excellent.
This was a first time purchase and some free items were included with our order. The free items came very quickly. The net took a little longer. Update of when net was sent didn't happen. Website could use some help on the ordering side.
Our order arrived on time, however, the net had a tear in it. I contacted customer support, and Harper offered to send out a new net free of charge. I will be recommending A11N Sports to my friends and family!
Harper was very helpful with my questions and getting the order ready. I received the product quickly and it was as advertised. I plan on making additional purchases in the near future.
