Fantastic paddle. More than one reason to have them in your bag
The Carry is a fantastic paddle. I own the 14 and 16 oz paddles. I have several of my friends who are playing with these paddles now and all agree. They are lightweight, high quality, possess super spin and gives you ball control for study shirts to hard drives and they are much quieter than most paddles. The cost point for these are low compared to most paddles. Paddles like the Carry are running $150-$200. You can buy two or three of these compared to a similar paddle at $200. If I get used to a paddle, I get a few of the same to keep my game consistent. You can do that will these paddles and have a couple of these in your bag. I do. Test drive one of these today and you'll discover what done of us already know. They are well worth the price. See you on the court.
Great company! I love how much they care about their products and little details like shipping paddles inside a paddle cover shows how much they care about their customers and brand.
I received my 22" portable net and when I checked it out I found that it had defective parts. I emailed customer service and got a reply from Harper. They immediately offered to send me a brand new net free of charge. Their communication was also on point.
The net itself is very sturdy and well-built. I can't recommend the product and company enough. You will not be disappointed with either!
Quality Portable Pickleball Net & Great Customer Service
I received a Portable Pickleball Net sold by A11NSPORTS as a gift. The whole Portable Pickleball Net set is very high quality and looks terrific. I had a minor issue with my set and A11NSPORTS provided excellent customer service! Customer Service Rep "Harper" responded promptly, had excellent communication with me, and immediately resolved my small issue. I've had a great experience both with the product (that I'll enjoy for many years) and the awesome customer service!
I originally wrote a very negative review after having to pay expensive shipping charges for a return.Throughout our communication,the A11N representative has been polite and as accommodating as the company policy will allow and did refund a portion of the shipping cost.
I now believe the responsibility for this mixup lies with Shopify, not A11N.
A11N also sells through Amazon which offers free returns. Shopify does not. However Amazon was responsible for actually shipping the item. The incorrect address was automatically put in by them.
A mess!! Just be careful when you order.

I ordered a pickleball net ($89.00) that was shipped through Shopify incorrectly to my home rather than as a birthday gift to my daughter. I immediately attempted to correct the mistake but was told I was too late.I re-ordered the same item through Amazon, sent it to my daughter and needed to return the one sent to me. In spite of many explanations and verifications, A11N refuses to pay the return postage of $69.00. Nor did they cooperate by giving Shopify the information Shopify asked for to expedite the return. They have succeeded in wearing me down.

I received a net for a present and as such I didn't have any of the purchase info available to me. When my net ripped I was super bummed because I didn't think I'd be able to get a replacement, but Harper took care of me right away! Thank you so much! Great quality and sleek appearance to the net. Keep it up A11N!
The material the lines are made of is just too light to keep straight with a little breeze even with tape. Good for practice but be careful when play because old people can trip 😉
The customer service is really good and the product is packaged in a really good packaging as well. They are offering a good carbon fiber paddle for a reasonable price.
I ordered an entire set but you only sent me one paddle. Sadly I set it up today for a family reunion without double checking.

All your communications were terrific. Shipping terrific. I would have given you five stars if the directions to put together the badminton net were WAY more simple to follow.
I ordered an C8 for my wife and she loves the paddle. She feels that her play has improved due to the C8 paddle. There was an issue with the cost due to duties and shipping to Canada. Harper in customer service was great in resolving the issue to our satisfaction. I would recommend the paddles from A11N. Good value and excellent performance.
The paddles and balls showed up but no net and still no net! Not Happy!

I paid extra for 3-5 day delivery and it took a week to be delivered. Don’t advertise and charge if you can’t guarantee and deliver.
