Fantastic experience. We had a packing scheme we wanted them to use (colored dots!), and they were wonderful about working with us to make it happen. The entire crew was very personable and respectful, and the leader was very impressive. Really got the job done!!

I highly recommend these movers. They did a great job, and nothing was ruined in the move. They were willing to help me with any additional things I needed, which was amazing since I was pretty much on my own. 10/10

Having moved at least 10 times in the last 45 years, I've used several Houston moving companies. Some good and some bad to terrible. A Better Tripp was by far the best of the lot. What really sold me at first was the ability to buy added full replacement value insurance protection for my furniture. I have had other companies damage things in the move and only offer cents a pound for coverage (the minimum requirement). If you've ever had anything damaged you know cents per pound basically gives you nothing. Some of my furniture is very high end and/or heirloom pieces. The A Better Trip crew was courteous, proficient, professional and, most important to me, very careful. They padded and wrapped each item like it was priceless. Everything arrived in perfect condition for the first time ever. Thank you A Better Tripp!!! There was no need to make a claim on the extra insurance I purchased but the peace of mind was worth the added expense. I definitely will use them again when/if the need arises and have already recommended them to my friends and family.

Took way too long. Guys moved way too slow which cost my elderly parents way more money. Should have used 3 Men Movers.

We regret that your initial experience with us turned out to be a negative one. Based on your feedback, we have credited your account for the hour during your crew's lunch time. We appreciate your feedback and we take all our reviews seriously. We work hard to improve our service for our clients. Thank you again.

These guys really came through. The experience started with a somewhat unreasonable request on my part. I called on a Tuesday to request moving my elderly parents and I needed it done that weekend. Furthermore, we needed the movers to do ALL the packing. They sent 4 guys out Friday morning, packed everything, delivered some of it to the assisted living facility we moved them to and took the rest to a storage place we rented. They worked till almost midnight to complete this and they worked hard and efficiently. I still can't believe they completed this in 1 day. All my mother's prized crystal and china pieces were carefully wrapped and packaged so that nothing was damaged. All of their clothes packed in wardrobe boxes. At the end of this long day they had to carry 2 enormous and heavy china cabinets up a tight staircase. They did without complaint. I will recommend Better Trip movers wholeheartedly.

I hired A Better Tripp after reading the other reviews saying how great this company is and, I’m very happy to say that they were absolutely fantastic!! Emilio and Oscar helped me on 2/27/21 (sorry this is soo late) and were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. I had already had two very bad experiences with two different moving companies in the past year and a half so I will be honest and say I was a bit nervous of a third occurrence but these guys, like I said, were so great!! They had my things out of my storage unit, which was 45 minutes from my current apartment (but near where I used to live), and into my place in less than three hours. One of the guys even helped me move my (very heavy) Christmas tree (in its box) from my living room and up on the shelf in my master closet. Thank you Emilio, Oscar, and A Better Tripp for a great experience in helping me finally get the last of my things out of storage and into my home!!

These guys are fantastic. The estimate was reasonable and they came in right at the estimate. The guys moved things quickly but were very careful not to damage anything. I don't think we had any single thing break, get dented or damaged in the move.
Despite having more stuff now than I have in previous moves, this was by far the easiest move thanks to A Better Tripp.

We used ABetterTripp for our recent interstate move from CA to TX. Couldn’t be more happier with their service. They were very flexible with us in terms of dates. Reasonable prices, no hidden fees. Carefully loaded and unloaded exactly at the time and dates they promised us. Everyone in the team - from the sales consultant to operations manager to driver - was very nice to deal with. Highly recommend

The crew did a wonderful job, especially considering the rainy weather the entire day. The job took longer to complete than I expected, only because I underestimated the work involved. Everything was packed and moved with considerable care and a smile. I'm completely satisfied and have recommended your company to several friends, neighbors and family. Thanks!
