My consultant, Darien, is kind, professional and knowledgeable. He is so astute with regards to the benefits and rules of the program, he didn't have to stop to look up the answers to my questions. Also, much to my surprise, he took the time to explain to me how I can manage my budget now that I am saving because of this program. His work ethic is so extremely disciplined and respectful that he should own the company. He really is a gem!!

They receive three stars because the customer service is wonderful. Every representative that has answered questions for me is polite, knowledgeable, and gets me off the phone in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this is a loan which is just as predatory as a credit card company. With a high APR, you simply put all of your debt into one new location and suffer the same way you did before. There are no refinance options or opportunities to lower the APR. Your options remain the same as with a CC - pay more or pay it all off and good luck to ya! I hope that the bank I choose next offers the same level of customer service I’ve received here, but I also hope that they actually make more of an effort to actually assist customers in their debt relief journey.

So, go through the process after and get "approved" for the balance from the BEYOND folks I am dealing with to take care of some outstanding debt. Go through the whole onboarding process of linking my bank account, giving out a lot of information I would not share normally to a company I do not know anything about, but they are touted to be partners with Beyond, so I figure, no problem. Afterwards, I got a notification that I was denied. Above just sent it off to a bank to see. I could have told them that wasn't going to work because I am trying to get my credit straightened out, and my score is still too low for a flat-out loan. If I thought it was just going to be that, I would not have even bothered and saved myself the time and effort. Also, if I thought a standard loan was going to work, I would just go to the bank I deal with personally for that. Just a severe waste of time.

Nikki Bennet is who made my experience a life changing one! She was so warm and friendly and did an exceptional job of explaining everything step by step. At first, I was jumping ahead of her and quickly learned it was best to simply follow along as she led me through the process of the loan application. I am one year into the debt reconciliation program with Beyond and was surprised that I was already eligible for a loan! Like many people, the high interest rate worried me at first. But Nikki assuaged my fears about that quickly by explaining that there was NO early prepayment penalties, and no harm done by checking my credit (always a big gulp there) and seeing if any lenders wanted to make an offer. I quickly was matched with a lender that not only offered a loan that covered ALL my remaining debt with Beyond, but was offering a $2600 cash payment to me, to be immediately sent to my bank account. Having just moved from Florida back home to Texas, there were circumstances that made that a real life saver. I accepted the loan offer, uploaded a few docs to prove residency and pay, and I was accepted! The $2600 was sent to my Chase checking account and it was in my account the same day! I was able to address some very important moving issues and I am typing this at 4am, at total peace with life. I cannot express in words my gratitude to Nikki, but I hope this review helps!
