This one star review is for the fact that when I was talking to Mohammed or Muhammed, he was very keen to sell me on the loan explaining that there was a one time fee on the loan. Two or 3 days later i logged back in to see my account and saw my loan had increased. I called customer service to ask the reason, they then explained that there was daily interest on the loan. If mohammed would of explained this I would have never signed up for this loan. Its always about the lies and never been truthful and honest with customers. If I could give zero stars I would.

They reached out to me convincing me to apply because my payment history with their debt consolidation program is so good and said I’m pre-approved for my consolidation amount only to get denied! I’m still waiting on the explanation but I think it was really messed up of them to contact me and tease me in the first place when I would have been fine without it but now I’m disappointed. Just very messed up.
