The Florida course is still advertised as offering “lifetime access” and allowing students to complete it “at their own pace.” However, I was informed by an agent that I would need to pay additional fees to restore access before even completing one year of use because the company added an expiration date after Florida regulations changed in October 2025.
At a minimum, the expiration policy and any additional fees should be clearly disclosed before purchase.

The textbook needs significant improvement. There are numerous blank pages, pages containing only a single sentence, and an overall disorganized layout. It feels like the material was never properly reviewed and formatted before being published.
For the price students pay, the quality should be much higher. I recommend taking the opportunity to offer a professionally printed version for students who prefer a higher-quality physical textbook.

I recently completed my pre-licensing courses and passed my exam last month!!!
Taking my real estate courses with Aceable agent was the best career move I’ve made. I was pretty nervous about the state exam, but the exam prep and practice questions were accurate to the actual state exam.
The explanations helped me truly learn the material rather than just memorizing answers. I felt completely prepared and passed on my first attempt!
Highly recommend this school to anyone looking to get their license on their own time.

As I go from one course to the next, I find that the materials are repetitive. I don't know if this is intentional or not, but it certainly feels like a waste of time.
A minor point to fix, there are chapter numbers, references, and other mismatches between the audio and the writing. I thought it would be easy to fix, given the technology and e-tools available today.

Having a learning disability makes you very nervous to enroll in an online course. Thus far, I've had nothing but great experiences with AceableAgent. I'm able to pace myself and make my own schedule that fits my life. I'm so happy to feel as if I'm actually retaining and learning something I was so afraid to conquer.

Aceable had a special price for the GA Real Estate Salesperson exam and I jumped on it. I LOVE that you can complete the courses at your own pace because there is sooo much to learn. The training was super user friendly, interactive, fun & had visuals. I also love that the costs covers the exam (this was a surprise) and they provide study resources (including prep tests) as well as a ton of other helpful information. Thank GOD I passed the first time! Aceable nailed it & so did I! They are the best!
