Great product and great company employees
Company responded immediately when we were looking for outdoor personnel lift options. The salesman explained the functions of the stairlift chair thoroughly.
The installer was very personable. He had the stairlift chair installed in less than 2 hours. He clearly explained all aspects of the stairlift chair.

It was a positive experience from the start.
It was a positive experience with Ofelia from the start. She has a sincere, down to earth personality. Patiently, she made sure that we understood the operation of the chair. A warm, friendly manner helped in making a sale.
Michael- We were impressed by his self confidence and ability to listen. He clearly knew what he was doing, and explained it in a very pleasant way. We felt comfortable with him, like an old friend.

Gordon
Gordon did a great job installing our Acorn Stairlifts, both inside and outside. Both jobs required difficult calibrations for turns to accommodate our stairways - a total of 4 flights. He worked steadily, maintaining constant good humor. When finished, he explained how to use it and made sure we could demonstrate the ride. We give Gordon the highest possible rating.
