Adam’s work gave me peace inside
My time with Adam has changed my life . Unhealthy childhood experiences can be replaced with healthy alternatives. Adam gave me a blueprint on how to talk with people, listen and have interest. He explained why you need boundaries and values , and what are they.
If you are willing to put your fears on the table , you will see Adam has no judgement to your situation. He then gives you healthy way of living . He teaches you exactly what respect is and how to deal with difficult people.
My burdens and fears are gone.
Lifelong patterns look so familiar you do not understand there is a better way.
This took a short amount of time to radically change my behavior because Adam showed me a safer road to travel.
What you learned as a child does not have to define your entire life .
Adam’s work gave me peace inside.

Denise, thank you for taking the time to share this. Hearing how much has changed for you in such a short time is incredibly meaningful, and watching your steps into your new life has been truly inspiring. You showed up ready to do the hard work, and I’m grateful I could help guide that process. Well done for having earned your peace. - Adam
Adam is incredible - helped me through a difficult decision
Adam is incredible. You think "oh what you see online, he'll totally be different.. that's just being polished for the camera"..NO he really is that person!!! Adam genuinely listens and tailors his approach for you. I've seen many therapists in my time and I can confidently say that I got more out of three sessions with Adam then years of psychologists. If you can afford it definitely book a 1 on 1. I cannot recommend him enough, he helped me through a super dark and difficult breakup and I am so grateful.

I work hard to show up fully for every person, and it’s encouraging to know that came through for you. Grateful for your kind words, and so so proud of you. Keep going on your journey. Adam

From Unregulated to Securely Attached AGAIN
I found Adam Lane Smith's video's through a good friend as I struggled with discovering the man I broke up a few months earlier seemed to have classic Avoidant behavior. What I wasn't prepared for was my own nervous system break down as well as being certain I repaired my own system back to secure attached. Thankfully I began watching video's then spoke with Adam's team and signed up with his attachment repair system which came with coaching sessions. I began meeting with Jeremy one of his coaches on a bi weekly bases. Not only did he immediately help me with recommendations on a food and supplement regimen but began helping me directly with dating a secure man and what that would like like as I had began dating. Jeremy gave me excellent secure attached regulation routines, great boundaries to set once I began dating and even went through great exersises while dating. During our coaching I did begin to see a special someone on a regular basis and again Jeremy coached me how to stay on track. I for sure recommend the one on one coaching as it all goes together. I was worth the investment and so should anyone who wants peace of mind, a solid family of securely attached people and their coaching. I wouldn't have been the same and the quick repair work and its positive results had It not been coached properly. Thank you!

You’ve done the work, you've earned this new peace you feel, and we’re happy to have been part of that process with you. Keep us updated on how we can help as you move forward into the life you've always wanted.

Life changing in the best way!
I bought the attachment boot camp course back in 2022. I joined the circle group, and was able to connect with like minded individuals looking for healing and support.
Within 5 months of utilizing the knowledge I learned from the attachment boot camp I was able to finally walk away from my toxic avoidant/anxious relationship. Since then I have healed a lot of my attachment, I’ve made new healthy securely attached friendships (something that has never existed for me before this healing journey).
I’m still on my journey of learning and healing, but before this bootcamp I was living the never ending groundhogs day of a toxic cyclical relationship of anxious-avoidant. I’ve moved more toward securely attached and my life is much more peaceful and enjoyable now.

Hey Heather, wonderful to connect with you again! And thank you for sharing your journey here, it’s powerful to those just beginning their process to hear how you’ve broken out of the old anxious-avoidant cycle that once held you back. Finding secure friendships and reclaiming peace isn’t easy, but I know you’ve done the work and earned your peace. If you ever need support or have questions along the way, remember that I’m here to help. - Adam

Life Altering Course
Adam has a great team of professionals, particularly Jeremy Clevenger who I have worked closely with, are very educated in attachment disorder in its various forms. Adam and Jeremy's guidance have been absolutely life altering and enlightening. Huge "A HA" moment when I learned this and several to follow which completely explain my upbringing and its shortfalls in detail. Recommend this to anyone struggling with attachment issues who wants to send their life into another trajectory

Invest in your relationships with the best coach in America!
My first encounter with Adam Lane Smith was via his YouTube videos last December. He described the mechanics of relationship dynamics in such vivid and accurate detail.
I went to his website and took the relationship attachment quiz. Not long after, a member of Adam's team reached out to me and told me about an upcoming relationships attachment retreat in Vail, Colorado.
I decided that the information I had gained at that point made the investment of the retreat worthwhile. I was determined to have healthy, secure relationships and I was confident Adam and his team would make that happen.
Three months later I arrived in Vail, Colorado for the retreat. It was at a beautiful resort in the rocky mountains. In the first day, Adam made it clear that people don't come to a mountain top to attend a seminar. They come to a mountain top for transformation. Transformation of beliefs and actions.
Over the next five days I was immersed in the psychology of relationships through lectures, active group participation and one on one coaching.
Everyone who attended the retreat was an exceptional person. Every attendee shared the same goal of transformation. They were friendly, helpful and were intentional about being the best version of themselves.
Adam's team was equally impressive, being attentive to every need, question and concern that I had. They also made it clear that if I felt I had not had a transformation during the retreat, they would help get me there through coaching afterwards.
I'm happy to say that a transformation did occur during that week. I left the retreat with a new confidence and competence.
The weekend after I returned home I met a lady for coffee. Utilizing clear communication I had learned at the retreat, she and I hit it off and are now dating. We express our needs, wants and desires openly, while intentionally directing our relationship. We're both excited to see what the future holds for us.
Adam Lane Smith and his team are world class. I can not recommend them enough. If you ever get the chance, invest in yourself, your relationships and your life by attending any of his online courses, YouTube videos or future retreats. You will not be disappointed!

Hi, Adam here. I wanted to personally thank you for coming to the retreat and for all of this kind support. And, words cannot express how thrilled I am to hear you're already enjoying the benefits of secure relationships now that you're at home! I'll share your progress update with the team - they've been eagerly asking me for updates on how our guests are doing with applying the trainings. What we worked on in Vail is going to be with you for the rest of your life, and it can get so much better from here. This new dating relationship is only scratching the surface of the peace and joy you can experience in your relationships from now on. Keep me updated with your progress, and always remember that me and my whole team are here cheering you on.

Life-changing advice and attachment help!
I first found Adam in November 2023 after yet again failing to get a date with someone where the interest was initially very high for both of us. Until she lost interest suddenly. Adam helped me get started on my attachment journey after a wonderful consultation and an invitation to join his Attachment Circle community. Since joining I have learned how to approach relationships differently and how to not be so afraid of what I want. I have also learned how to relax and not be so attached to outcomes in any interaction with anyone. My life has been so much more peaceful from all that I have learned from Adam!
I have been working with his attachment coach Jeremy since November of last year. Jeremy is every bit as great as Adam is. He has been patient, understanding, and has been a great source of accountability and helping me practice becoming more secure and healthy in my attachment. Without the help of Adam, Jeremy, and the Attachment Circle community, I would still be lost and not knowing practical steps to take to become less anxious about finding romantic love or in tense situations or conversations. You won't regret getting help here!

Hey, Bo. Thank you for this feedback. It means the world to hear how far you’ve come in your journey. You didn’t just show up—you did the work. That’s what real change takes. Jeremy and I are proud to have walked beside you on this path, but make sure you give yourself the credit for showing up and working consistently to become a man you're proud to be. It’s been a joy to see your confidence and clarity grow, especially in how you approach relationships and communicate your needs. And remember that we're always here to assist when you need us.

Quickly Transformed Anxious-Avoidant Relationship
Ladies with anxious or disorganized attachement style, this is for you. I first learned about attachment styles about a decade ago after having left a severely-traumatizing marriage and realizing that I needed to slow down and do some deep healing work. At that time, I encountered the "either anxious OR avoidant" dichotomy and determined that I was more anxiously-attached than avoidant. A couple of years later, feeling solid and secure, I decided that I was ready to open my life to a partner. I met a good man who demonstrated none of the deal-breaking red flags for which I was screening, but right away, it was clear that he was avoidantly-attached. I felt discomfort in recognizing the anxious-avoidant dance as it began, but this man's character, transparency, and precious heart made me want to give him a chance. I spoke with the trauma therapist I'd seen and he encouraged me to stick with the relationship and see if my mostly-secure attachment might eventually help my new partner to feel more secure as well. The dance went on and on for more than 6 years. Even though I was mindful about not triggering my partner's avoidance, I managed to do so continually. We were mostly happy, but the conflicts were too frequent and my nervous system was triggered into fight-flight mode so often that I was feeling anxious and unwell much of the time. I'd been watching Adam's content on YouTube for a couple of years to try and learn more about how to manage interactions with an avoidant man and they'd helped, but I was verging on crisis and on the fence about whether to continue or leave the relationship while also recognizing that some of the conflict was the result of my triggered attachment wounds. I was not entirely comfortable with the cost of the program, but my options were 1) Spend the money to get the help I need to heal my own attachment wounds and learn the skills to relate well to my partner, or 2) Spend the same amount of money on renting my own space, likely ending the relationship and just living with the attachment wounds as they were. Obviously I chose the first option and just two months into the six-month program, life is so much easier and happier. Alyssa is my coach and she has been absolutely amazing. In our first session, she determined that my attachment style is actually 'disorganized' rather than anxious, which was eye-opening for me and provided a new lens through which I now analyze my own responses to triggers. Alyssa listens intently and offers a constructive suggestion for every concern. I needed the words -- nuanced to soothe rather than trigger my partner's wounds -- and I needed advice for how to get out from underneath the pressures of feeling like I carry the entire burden of healing in the relationship. Alyssa has given me both and more. Literally after one coaching session, I saw and felt a difference in the relationship dynamic. Week-to-week, we're building on previously-learned skills and truly, 8 weeks in, I am astounded that this relationship was ever in crisis. My partner clearly feels safer and more at ease with and around me, and he's solidly in his protective, providing, masculine energy so that I can relax and walk softly in the feminine. I'm so glad I decided to give this program a try and look forward to continuing to learn and grow, both individually and hand-in-hand with my partner.
My one and only little irritation is that I don't find the group calls useful. The 1-on-1 coaching has been phenomenal but I don't feel like I'm deriving a benefit from listening to others with insecure attachment mull over their issues in a group setting. I wish this program would offer JUST coaching and reduce the price accordingly.

Review only based on onboarding process
I appreciated Adam’s YouTube content and inquired about coaching services. My first point of contact in the screening process was Elise, and she was quite personable and kind. During the screening process, somewhat personal information is shared is assess a potential client, which is understood. I was moved onto the second stage of onboarding, with was a call with Lukas. During this stage, more personal information was shared, which for me was difficult - rehashing and recalling painful experiences are for most people, especially to someone I don’t know. Having been in sales myself before, I recognized the sales tactics such as identifying the problem (solution selling) and all that goes with that that was being used. When we got to the price and payment portion, the price did not deter me, but only accepting non-credit card payments did. I own a business, and having cash reserves and responsibly utilizing credit is an important part of my business financial strategy. Large recurring debit (cash payments) are not within my boundaries. As someone struggling with codependency and boundary issues, the sales tactic process was very upsetting and left me in tears. I felt like my personal boundaries were being pushed too hard, and did express that in the phone call. It would have been helpful to know what forms of payments or other business terms prior to telling a stranger personal struggles, and then having those struggles used as leverage in a sales process. I would not use this kind of sales tactic for vulnerable, hurting, and codependent people. Again, I think Adam’s information is very insightful, but perhaps a different sales onboarding method could be considered.

Hello Viv,
Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your feedback - I’m sorry that this experience did not go as desired. I had an extensive conversation with Lukas about this interaction to better understand the source of the issue.
You are most certainly correct that our calls are centered around helping identify and provide a vision for resolving our client’s problem - and that our solutions are not for everyone. I will provide additional training to the team to ensure that this is handled with greater delicacy around more vulnerable cases, such as you’ve described yours to be.
I also understand your dissatisfaction with the absence of the option to use credit cards to use our financing service providers - Klarna and Affirm. Unfortunately, this is a restriction that they impose, and we have no control over it. We do, of course, offer credit card and PayPal options on all our services, but as you chose financing, we were bound by the rules these providers set.
I’ll be reaching out to you personally today to see if I can help set this experience right.
The product provided extremely useful tool to help me in my relationship situation.

Coaching call with Jeremy
I had already read "Slaying your fear" and done the Attachment bootcamp but was stuck at one of the steps. Instead of (slowly) finding things out on my own, I figured it was better to get some help moving forward faster. Originally, I figured that joining the Attachment circle would be the best move but was informed that that is now defunct. After a call with Lukas, we settled on a coaching session with Jeremy as the best alternative.
I sent him a list of 3-5 goals beforehand, and we were able to get through all of them in the 50-minute session. I got specific straight-to-the-point suggestions for each item. I might eventually have figured things out on my own, but the main goal here was to get things moving again. I feel we accomplished that. The session was done in Zoom.
It was quite expensive (close to Big-law lawyer rate), but you will probably get more out of this than any standard therapy session.
And for the record: This is my first coaching session of any kind, and my first review on Trustpilot. I feel five stars should generally be reserved for those rare exceptional experiences, instead of everyone giving five stars as a default.
Bottom line: This was a good and productive session.

Alyssa was very helpful and supportive
Alyssa was very helpful and supportive. She gave me great insight to my attachment issues and help me understand the effects it has had on my life. I highly recommend her as a coach. over all, this was a very insightful expereince.
I cannot fully express my gratitude to Adam Lane Smith and his team. I’ve been a viewer of Adam’s YouTube videos and all his interviews for years and they have helped me tremendously. I went from scared and confused in all my relationships to understanding the reason for these negative feelings and how to work toward feeling secure. I have not had personal coaching from him yet, but every time I hear him speak I am overwhelmed and deeply moved by his compassion and desire to help people. Today I spoke on the phone with one of his team member named Lukas, who was also a calm, patient, and compassionate fellow to interact with. He gave me some great resources and pointed me in the right direction. I am so happy to have found you, Adam! Keep up the good work, and know that you have many silent supporters who have been so helped by your efforts! Thank you so much.
All my love,
Sage.
Adam Lane Smith and his team are truly exceptional! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Adam, Alyssa, and Lukas, and their coaching is both efficient and impactful. Their guidance has helped me achieve lifelong goals in just a few sessions with the option of adding more sessions as needed. The attachment community is supportive, and the investment is absolutely worth it. Adam and his team are worth their weight in gold!”
Adam has helped me finally understand my own patterns in relationships as well as my partner’s.
Once you can truly understand these things it gives you a high level of empathy for your partner and a renewed sense of care for yourself.
Now I am taking on the task of healing myself and the more I heal myself, the more I am seeing my partner showing interest in what I’m learning and desiring to heal himself.
Adam’s desire for building healthy relationships rather than discarding every broken person on earth resonates deeply with me.

Grateful Reflection on My Coaching Journey with Jeremy
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for all the support and guidance Jeremy has provided me with the personal coaching thus far. In as little as 3 sessions, my relationship with my partner has grown incredibly stronger and has moved quickly toward the secure attachment that we both want.
Your dedication, expertise, and commitment to my growth has made a significant impact on my journey to become the best version of Me I can be.
What stands out most to me is how you consistently tailor each session to my needs, pushing me to challenge myself while also offering encouragement and understanding when I struggle and need additional guidance. Your ability to break down the relationship dynamics and help me not only understand the what's and the why's behind them but then giving me a plan to address those has been incredibly valuable.
I truly appreciate your patience, motivation, and the way you hold me accountable. It’s clear that you genuinely care about my progress, and that has inspired me to stay committed and keep improving.
Thank you again for being such an outstanding coach and a trusted advisor. I’m looking forward to continuing our work together and achieving even more success in myself and my relationships.
