What people say

Faulty PC and innapropriate security conduct

PC was faulty after a little while and would shut completely down after launching specific games; Sent this to their repair service which took over a month and received it back however the crashing still occurred. Additionally instead of using company accounts, they used my personal accounts for testing without prior notice and consent

Best overall team in all aspects. Product, communication, troubleshooting

The team at Aftershock were extremely helpful for me. This isn’t a normal textbook 5 star review but I think it highlights how well the team can help and compensate when things just don’t go as planned. I ordered a PC back in April and when it landed at home it just didn’t operate as planned. They assisted me to do some troubleshooting via email and also booked a tech call with Bradley. Brad gave me some advice over the phone and also done a screen take over to do some further testing and troubleshooting. Ultimately, we decided to send the PC back for further testing. While I was frustrated that the system didn’t operate as planned, the communication and process so far was very simple, clear and consistent. They did their troubleshooting and was found to have a RAM issue. They sent it back and got some reason on first start up had blue screened and done multiple forced restarts. Once I reported this they immediately said there is no longer a point in trying to continue with this system and initiated the process to send this back once again but this time replace it with a brand new system. For the inconvenience they compensated some more valuable components into the PC and a bundle for all the inconvenience. Something I was never expecting, however they understood that the process up to this point was not the best from the point of view of a being a customer and still not having a working PC. The fact that they realise the inconvenience, acted promptly, communicated frequently and clearly owned up to the inconvenience by compensation. To me, this ultimately shows that they really do pride themselves on a great customer experience and high quality control. Although not the initial experience I thought when purchasing I can’t fault the process at all and even though it would be easy to leave a bad review given the circumstances the way they reacted and responded can’t be rated anything the 5 stars. The PC is now back with me and working as planned. 5 stars for the pc, the trouble shooting, the email response time, teams call and screen call. 5 stars for everything. Especially Bradley who helped me the most throughout this process. Appreciate you guys!

Very bad after service.

Pc delivered to me. Discover aio RGB fan no light up. Help desk lead me to wild goose chase. Cannot solve pvlbm. Don't want to answer my request escalre to a manager. No want send techincal to fix the fan no light. Just gone me. Phone call no answer. Never buy from local Singapore company they collect money and then don't give a damn after that.

14 months of pain mostly, but some enjoyment

I've had this laptop for about 14 months, and from the get go have had issues with random crashes and blue screen loops on start up. I have a heavy duty laptop cooler that it never moves from except for cleaning. I do play games that push it but always choose lower temp over max fps, and visual quality. After taking it in to a laptop repair place they mentioned how hard it was to access reinstalling drivers because it needed a clean reinstall since it crashed while stuck in a boot up loop while trying to update drivers. I paid 2.5k for what is going to turn into an expensive coaster. Only chose to write this review because it's yet again having issues turning on. I feel like I've been scammed as the stipulations for warranty mean I can't send it back to be fixed, because I tossed the box it was sent to me in. Not that it would solve the issues I'm having as many other reviews have pointed out. Long review because $2.5k to last just over a year with issues the whole way through feels like robbery. When it works, it's completely fine, which is so outweighed by the suffering. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.....for laptops, can't comment on anything else.

Aftershock is one of the worst company…

Aftershock is one of the worst company i ever faced. Brought a pc at 4k sgd however i ordered my gpu with a custom plate and was told to wait 2 weeks! After 2 weeks no news from them and i had to contact them personally and were told they gpu sold out and have to wait another 1 week, hence decided to cancel the order for the customised gpu plate. After getting the pc had problems with fps issue, com getting blue screen and within 1 month send back at least 3 times. Meaning i only get to use my pc for 1 week. Worst experience.

Frustrating Initial Issues but Eventually Resolved

I previously experienced several issues with my PC purchased from Aftershock PC on 22 Dec 2025, including no display signal upon arrival (which required a GPU replacement), random screen blackouts, and static noise from the front panel audio port. There was also considerable back-and-forth communication via WhatsApp and multiple rounds of sending my PC in for servicing and waiting for its return, which made the experience quite frustrating. After sending the PC back for servicing again, the team has since addressed the issues promptly and returned the system to me. I appreciate their follow-up and efforts to resolve the problems. That said, the initial experience was disappointing as the system was brand new, yet required multiple rounds of servicing shortly after purchase. As a customer who chose a prebuilt PC for reliability and peace of mind, I had expected more thorough testing and quality control before delivery. Overall, I acknowledge their effort in resolving the issues, but I hope future customers will receive systems that are fully checked and stable from the start, without the need for repeated servicing.

I decided to buy from aftershocks and got screwed over.

I decided to buy from aftershocks because I had heard great things about them, uppon recieving a desktop I had bought, they some how managed to ship out the wrong desktop. I had emailed them about it but no reply, I had to call them about it for them to give me a reply, this is very unprofessional and i still don't know how they managed to get it wrong. I would not recommend buying from these guys unless you're trying to get screwed over.

Communication was outstanding

Communication was outstanding — unbelievably polite and patient with a mum who thought an SD card was a loyalty card and a cooling fan belonged in the fridge. Everything arrived perfectly packaged and right on time. One extremely happy teenager who has now permanently moved into their room. I expect to see them again sometime around 2030.

Small quality improvements required

The build was pretty decent, just a few small details that really let the whole thing down. For one, the print on the case of the cherry blossoms, a higher quality image or print let's the aesthetic down. It's ok to look at from a distance but up close you can virtually see each individual pixel. The fan RGB controller is just a cheap $10 Amazon unit and only copies the input to make 1 channel but spread across Multiple fans as apposed to a controller that splits each fan onto its own channel. The acrylic cover on the GPU doesn't allow for the GPU locking clip to lock, leaving the GPU hanging on with friction. If it wasn't for the GPU support bracket I opted for additional to help keep it in place I'd be really concerned if it was to stay in place at all. The heat sync for the m.2 being stuck onto the m.2 was a bummer as we wanted to swap for the upgraded m.2 in the old PC but it means we lose the heat sync so 50/50 on that one, I would have liked a option to ask for it to be stuck or not. Other than that is runs and performs as intended.
